ผผู้เข้าพักVery well-appointed, modern rooms, large bathrooms, great meeting space catering. My only complaint was that I came down late one evening to get fresh towels for my room and the front desk associate rolled her eyes and sighed because housekeeping was already closed and she would have to search for towels. Another associate was coming to the front at the same time and I believe she saw her reaction and volunteered to grab them for me. I was shocked and puzzled by this behavior, but didn’t say anything because the other associate went above and beyond to remedy. Considering housekeeping now comes at request only and some of us are still figuring that out, you might want to leave extra toiletries and towels somewhere assessible to the front desk so the staff doesn’t have to go far too find them for guests in need - and most importantly - not be annoyed by such a simple request.
