Upon arrival, the receptionist was quite rude. He just gave us our keys and carried on with his day. We had to inquired the breakfast hours and WiFi code, which should have been provided. The rooms need major cosmetic upgrading.
For the most, housekeeping was visible and did there best daily. However, the stains on the carpet, visible mold on the sink/ bathtub, the deterioration of the room door framing was peeling on the carpet. I know people will say you pay for what you get. This was not my expectation with the name of a well known hotel displayed.
Lastly, I thought it was real unprofessional for the night receptionist to have a child at the front desk. With a truck stop next door, I felt that was inappropriate and unsafe.
