The tv suddenly turned on at 3:03AM. Tried to check if the remote was under me or my pillow but no, it was on the bedside table. Didn't sleep until sunrise.

The service was generally slow. We were saved by one staff who was exemplary in his assistance to us. Unfortunately, the hotel was way unkempt from its former state (ICON Hotel) poor air-conditioning, not so spic and span anymore. Honestly heartbroken as that place used to have good nostalgia for me. I hope they can renovate or do some upgrading to clean out the mold and dirt on the walls.
Better to ask for a bit more price if it will better the cleanliness.Hate to say it but SOGO
would have been a way better choice

Hotel is not expensive in my opinion I chose the suite room which is a bit bigger than the standard room, the staff are very friendly and helpful,
Service is excellent, had some minor problems with the room on arrival, it was Christmas so maybe understaffed and busy .They quickly resolved it but later they transferred us to another room ( even bigger) ... Nice surprise .
Big thank you to Davin I think he's one of the managers every morning when he's there for help getting me coffee and toast at breakfast and chatting to us (I have mobility problem).
Nice Hotel, excellent service, friendly staff .
Oh almost forgot SM city mall is within walking distance, very convenient.

Had a blast celebrating Father's day at this hotel, we are able to getaway from stress, thanks to hotel dream world, what I love most about our stay, it is great location near mallls, the room is pleasant and clean, the aircon is cold, the bed is comfortable, location is child friendly, we also enjoyed the pool with my kids, and we really loved the food, it taste delicious, and the staff are the best from the manager whose very accommodating, the front desk staff are awesome, they prioritize your request and they do it on a timely manner, overall I'm satisfied and will definitely go back soon with my family.
