Super modern design, the room was spacious. Lounge hour with free drinks were included. However, the bathroom was small.

在攜程訂了10年酒店，最最最失望的一次。
1、本來想訂一街之隔的套房酒店。最後因為這個酒店的花園和早餐廳訂的這個。
2、結果，將近3千一晚的酒店，早餐就是冷餐。衹有照片中一個枱子上的食物。
3、介紹中的酒店照片提供的不符合實際，圖2就是所謂的餐廳。跟介紹中的餐廳完全不一樣
4、酒店非常小，衹有前台的一位接待人員即負責接待，也負責擺一擺早餐。

地點非常好，周邊就是皇后鎮的鎮中心。房間也很大，衞生間設施都不錯。距離車站走路可以到，我提着箱子乘公交到機場的。房間的牆壁顏色稍微厚重了點。其他都不錯。

酒店很乾凈，服務員態度很好，很有設計感，位置很不錯，都是走路去各個地方，但停車比較麻煩，酒店面前有五個停車位置，先來後到，之後前台和我説就算停在門口路邊，也不會有警察開罰單哈哈哈事實確實是這樣。

The decor reminded me of an Austin Powers movie - it was quirky and colorful. Our two rooms were quiet. The room amenities - coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sparkling water, cookies, popcorn were appreciated. It is a short walk to downtown Queenstown. Our travel company booked our rooms along with our tours so I can not speak to price as it was all included in our trip. I would use this hotel again as the beds were comfortable and the rooms large and clean. Just be aware that breakfast is not served until 8 am - we missed it two out of our three days since we had early tours. When we were able to use it on our last day the ham & cheese croissants were great.

Boast of breakfast and a social hour, both are crumbs at best. The happy hour serves 3-4 people, when there are usually a dozen or more! Same at breakfast, horrible coffee, a quart jar of yogurt and a big spoon. We travelled 35+ days and this was the poorest experience in NZ and Australia, and the most expensive room! The people working there were so rude, totally out of character for these two countries. So sad and disappointing!

Overall the hotel is fine, but be wary of using the washer and dryer. Despite what the display on the washer may say, each load takes at least an hour. And the dryer took a full hour on high heat to dry my quick-dry travel clothes. Finally, while the coffee maker in the breakfast room is a Nespresso machine, management does not provide Nespresso brand pods, and the coffee was terrible. Better to have breakfast somewhere else

Perfect location for a trip to Queenstown. Nice property with quiet rooms. Very comfortable. Breakfast is included and they even have a happy hour in the afternoon. Definitely would recommend and go back.
