แม้ว่าจะสามารถมองเห็นทะเลสาบได้จากห้องนั่งเล่น แต่ห้องพักก็เก่า

We took our little family with young 3 children with us on this trip and we had the best time staying at this place. The kids loved to stay here a lot. We could see the beautiful views from both our bedroom and the living room. The view is stunning. The place is clean and spacious. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are are all well-maintained. Great location as only a few minutes drive to all the main places, restaurants, shops/ supermarkets. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re in Queenstown.

是這次新西蘭之旅最為滿意的一家酒店，就在湖邊景色一流沒得説，廚房全套設施設備齊全，所有餐具都很好，很有家的感覺，很適合躺上一個星期。從酒店走下去就是Frankton walkway，可以沿着湖邊一直走到鎮中心，大概要走30分鐘，這應該是它唯一可以成為缺點的點了吧。不過對於本來就適合閑逛的皇后鎮，這點距離可以忽略不計。另外就是基本就是全自助服務，沒見過前台有開過門😅
如果再來皇后鎮一定還會選這裏的😘😘😘

設施都還不錯，服務實在不符要求。完全自助。天冷沒有空調，暖氣爐壞了修補了，也不給換房，衹能用他們不知從地窖裏拿出來的電油汀，勉強抗凍。要求星級服務的繞過，性價比不高，不推薦

The location is terrific if you don't want to be in the inner city. (We did not.) The apar**ent itself was spacious and clean. Only negatives: Comm with office personnel was cool not warm. Dishwasher did not work. There is not a safe to secure laptops, jewelry, etc. Minor inconvenience in that dishes were split between 4 different cupboards even though there was plenty of room in any one cupboard for all dishes. Last-- the in room literature made a big deal about separating your own recycling and then we found that all the bins were locked and everyone had to just DUMP their bags on the ground. Pretty awful.

We loved sitting in the shade in the evening with a spectacular view of the lake. Quiet and perfect if you enjoy a 30 minute walk outside the bustle of the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
