This is my fourth day at this hotel, twice under my name twice under my girlfriend’s name and we’re very pleased with it

The staff is amazing and, more importantly, kind! They are always willing to go the extra mile! From the breakfast staff to the front desk staff, they are so accommodating!

Convenient, clean , and quiet hotel. Hot tub was good, beds and pillows.were comfy.

Customer service was wonderful! Both people we interacted with at the front desk were extremely kind and personable. Only stayed for one night on our way to Canada but room was comfortable, breakfast was good and we were walking distance to the outlets and a Starbucks.

The hotel was not fancy, but very comfortable, the beds were especially comfortable! The hotel was clean and the heated pool was great, and it's excellently situated near the outlet mall.

Checked in. I was sent to the back of the property-missing lights, so I had to go into the building in the dark. It was scary. I walked in, walked up two flights of stairs (no elevators) and entered the room. Almost immediately, I started wheezing… which I haven’t done for 14 years. NOT a good situation!!!! I called my husband and left within minutes-the interesting thing is the the guy at the front desk was lurking in his car outside. So bizarre. I will not be back!!!!!
