A charming Hotel in Old Quebec with a good restaurant on the main floor. Was happy to see some winter snow in the morning to add some charm.

A beautiful boutique hotel situated in the heart of Quebec City. Its within walking diatance to all the popular and sightseeing areas.
The staff was very helpful and Mathiaz went out of his way to ensure a pleasant stay even more memorable.
We stayed on the 3rd floor which gave extra privacy (only 4 rooms on the floor) and found it quiet and cozy.
The only drawback to this hotel is no elevator, so if stairs are a hindrance, this is not the place for you.
Overall, it is highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Quebec city.

Our room was very nice, a front view out to the Chateau Frontenac. The room had a faux fireplace and a brick and stone wall which added a warmth to the space. The bed was comfortable although I have had more comfortable beds in other hotels. The staff was terrific. At various times we asked the front desk staff to deal with a toilet issue and to resupply our room with kleenex and coffee pods, and each time they handled our requests with a cheerful attitude and immediate attention. Overall, we can recommend this property without reservation.

Adorable hotel right in the main area of Quebec City. Wonderful view of the hotel frontenac. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is delicious and is a great spot to grab a drink!

we enjoyed our stay at lot and have already recommended to others. What I did request a copy of our checkout bill as we left before any staff were around, however I have as of yet to receive and we checked out 3 weeks ago....

The room was cozy and clean. There was some noise from the street but did not wake us up at night. The restaurant below was delicious!

We stayed for five days and rented two rooms. Coming from the United States, there was a major storm coming, so we had to leave one night early. Hotel refused to give us credit for the night. Hotel concierge was pretty pathetic. Would not recommend.

Spectacular location, immediately facing the Chateau Frontenac. All aspects of Vieux Quebec are walkable in context of Carnivale, and also for all of the historic sites of interest.
Superb staff, and property was very clean and well cared for.

Great location, convenient to everything in old city. However, the heat went out our last night and there was a pillow with mold/stain on it. Also if you are plus sized person or taller than 6 feet, you might find it difficult to use the tiny toilet.
