A very nice hotel with a resort feel. What made the stay excellent at Domus Grand Hotel was the service and the people. Fabio went above and beyond in making our stay welcoming and enjoyable. Mattia was another person who was helpful, engaging, and genuinely interested in connecting with the guests in a meaningful way. The location is close to the train station and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and night life. We would stay there again without hesitation.

The rooms were good size, cleaned daily. Easily walkable from the train station (blocks away). Has a pool but you have to book time and pay per person. You cannot swim on your check out day. The hotel desk-clerk, Alex, went above and beyond. I was having trouble with my train tickets, he let us store our luggage and stay in the lobby area to figure things out using the wifi. He then offered to drive us to the station with our luggage after his shift was over and made sure we found the right train, departure time, and platform before he left.

Un Ristorante che racchiude una piacevole sorpresa in un albergo storico di Rende. Ambiente raffinato e curato, maitre attento al cliente, materia prima qualità, ottime preparazioni ed impiattamenti di gusto. Tutti gli ingredienti che creano un alchimia unica in una location davvero bella. Massima attenzione al cliente. I primi semplicemente deliziosi e delicati. Super Consigliato e da riprovare . Ps vicinissimo allo svincolo autostradale di Rende!

A poche centinaia di metri dall’uscita Cosenza Nord. Da segnalare, in senso positivo, un ampio parcheggio recintato. Non so se lo era già oppure è nato così ma sembra un palazzo riadattato ad albergo, un po’ sensazione anni ’80. Arredamento delle camere essenziale (nei bagni, qui sì anni ’80 con furore). Aria condizionata efficiente, ottimo oscuramento, silenziosa se non fosse per un particolare/errore clamoroso: le porte delle stanze non sono minimamente insonorizzate, si sente tutto quanto avviene nel corridoio. Colazione molto buona, superiore alla media di alberghi simili. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Un consiglio, se posso, per quanto riguarda il ristorante (ho cenato): eliminate dalla carta il 60/70% dei piatti, sono troppi. Credo che per chi si ferma per lavoro siano sufficienti poche cose e soprattutto a prezzi inferiori rispetto agli attuali: diversamente, con due passi si raggiungono parecchi locali in zona dove è possibile cenare con molto meno. Prezzo della stanza medio/alto.

Le camere sono accoglienti, molto pulite e comode ma entrambe le volte che ci sono stata si sentivano molti rumori dalle camere confinanti e dal corridoio. Il personale in sala, alla reception e nell'area piscina è gentile (soprattutto il cameriere più giovane) mentre le addette alle pulizie e i tecnici sono meno attenti. Vasta scelta per la colazione.

Torno ogni anno in questo Hotel, per questioni di lavoro e posso dire che il suo standard è sempre alto. Personale professionale e disponibile. Grazie a Fabio (gentile, pronto e disponibile) la mattina posso fare una buona colazione salata; grazie a Cosimo la sera posso chiedere “fuori programma” per la mia cena. Ormai sono affezionato a questo posto.

Bell'albergo con ottimo parcheggio, eccezionale per tappa prima di andare in Sila o per visitare Cosenza. Rende, città universitaria, è super accessoriata. Si trova a due passi dall'autostrada, consigliatissimo!
