very good for family travel by car, same standard with other hilton suites hotel and this is very new hotel. breakfast and hot water coffe are provided at lobby. additional blanket are provided in room. whole kicken equipted except kettle, instead we use microwave to make hot water.

My family with 3 young kids enjoyed so much esp. the pool, it was warm and age appropriate. Room was spotless, spacious and homey. We’ll definitely be back in this place.-the tamayo’s

Did not allow early checkin. Came by 1:15pm. Waited 1 hour, but they would not even clean up one room. The front desk lady didn't even try to contact the cleaning team. The management here is the worst i have seen...

不是第一次入住，但是這次的房間唯一不好就是浴缸的排水口壞了，我得手動排水，有點麻煩。不過下次來渥太華。依然選擇這家！孩子們非常喜歡

Close to the airport park and fly. Friendly staff. We stayed in a suite, it was clean, large and quiet.
