Evergrande Sea Castle Hotel

看網上評價一般，原來不抱希望，來了之後卻處處有驚喜，酒店風格清新温馨，充滿藍色海洋元素，園景雙床可以拼床，帶娃睡得挺舒服，還有小童用品，浴袍這類高檔酒店提供的用品，感覺物超所值。衞生服務還需提高。

挺乾淨的，因為去的早，前台給我了同等級比較大的房間。前台小姐姐服務很好。早餐也可以，選擇比較多的。離沙灘挺近的，附近的美食街也不錯

怎麼説呢，酒店不差，衹是可能是節假日的原因這種環境和設施與一千多的價格就不是很匹配了。以至於我們第二天換了旁邊的威尼斯。那邊雖然貴了些，但感受就是截然不同的了，也算物有所值。 靠近海邊，海景房沒有陽台真是有點浪費資源，設計得也太不合理了，暴殄天物呀！房間不大，尤其是衞生間很小，不過總體上還算乾淨。不知道其他房間如何也許是我們住在轉角的原因（因為前台好心地給了我們一個據説大一些的房間），晚上海邊的風聲非常大，吵得一直沒休息好。早上起晚了，趕過去早餐也沒什麼可吃的了。 不過酒店配的管家服務倒是非常貼心，我們的管家是微信名叫“不善言辭”的小姑娘，很用心地提示各個事項，甚至很晚了還在工作詢問是否需要日出叫醒服務，能感受到她工作的細緻。👍遇到問題也是非常熱情地幫助解決，孩子的電話手錶丟了，雖然最終沒有找到，但整個接觸到的人員都是很積極地在提供幫助。在此感謝🙏🌹（ps.手錶定位是一直在酒店第二天被帶離了，提供了號碼也不聯繫歸還…後來就關機失聯了…唉…） 再説整個項目，憑酒店房卡可以去沙灘，挖沙？游泳，水上項目。景區內有免費的中巴車，還可以自費騎\開各種小車，也蠻好玩的。旁邊有很多吃飯的地方，呂四帶魚，農家土雞湯都很不錯，整體是個有吃有喝有玩的溜娃好地方。

Not worth it for the price. I really don’t like give negative feedbacks but I hope the management will read this. We stayed on the evergrande castle hotel, not the main hotel on the front of the beach. We tried to book on the main one but they had a group so we didn’t had much options. The location is not bad but our room looks like a normal house apartment. When I walk in I took off my shoes and after few minutes I notice the floor was dirty cause my foots where black on the bottom. Breakfast is good, good quality of food and I have to say the staff (waiters) were really nice and helpful. However in the facility that we were staying they don’t have another restaurant so we need to go out to eat ( 200m away) All good but of course for a 1250¥ room per night it’s weird, for Thai price you could expect to have a mini fridge in your room but not... was no where to find. Our room was on the 10 floor we had a nice view but the rooms are not properly isolated so we could still hear what was going on on the first floor such as people talking or kids crying. On the room there is no welcome book or on the tv there is not a video or menú explaining the whole facility thematic. I use to travel a lot for my work, and I’ve stayed on many kind of hotels. Here I have to be honest the service provide it do not match the price at all. The whole hotel for a resort is just still on baby steps, just to give you an idea, we was asking the front desk how far was the beach walking and they say was quiet far we must wait for the bus o rent a bike cause was 5 min on car. Ok, we waited for the bus 15 min and the ride wasn’t more than a minute. Literally walking it took us 10 min. When we called the front desk asking if was possible to change the room the girl on the phone was extremely unprofessional and sounded like she didn’t had any training at all in how to talk to customers. My BF and I we been working in hospitality more than 10 years. The staff here need some training. At the afternoon we was looking for a place where to have a coffee and we found in dianping that the main hotel has an small coffee bar, we head there and we find out that NOTHING was open between 2-5pm.... weird for such facilities, so they suggest us to go to KFC. 😂(long silence ) ok. Well over all I have to say the place is overpriced, they still have a lot training to do and better define their thematic. Definitely not recommend for a “weekend scape “. Even if you have a kid is not a convenient place at all. The only two things that I will say was good here is: 1. Friendly staff at the breakfast at the castle hotel 2. The seafood restaurant crossing the castle hotel, food was amazing. The name is 小海豚渔村(恒大海上威尼斯店). A must go if you are in this hotel.

有一説一，酒店位置可以，靠近海，幾個景點都在度假村裡，自己開車幾分鐘。步行到碧海銀沙15分鐘。小童樂園開車過去的10分鐘，運動中心步行8分鐘。早餐真心不咋滴，出門旅遊這麼多次，這個價位的酒店，這裏吃的最差。酒店服務挺好，兩大一小的套餐包含140以下的小童，身高超140，需要買成人票88一位。但是真心對不起這個價格。吃的真心差。前台辦理入住會跟旅客簡單介紹套餐所含項目，然後拿着房卡就可以到處玩了。五國温泉忒坑，裏面其實就開了兩個，泰國館和意大利館，就是泳池，理療池，沒有温泉。裏面工作人員都很少，而且在度假區外面。沒啥意思，掛了個虛名。酒店不忙的話，可以提前入住。每個有泳池的地方都會提供拖鞋和浴巾。酒店環境可以，隔音效果可以，雙床1.2米的，房間不大。

The hotel is next to the beach, very nice view🙌🏽. The facilities are very good. Unfortunately I didn’t have chance to go for breakfast because I had to rush to the other city in the morning. . But the place is amazing, I really like it. They have this bus which can take you from hotel to the beach and it’s FREE no need to pay anything.

Excellent place to have fun with family! Amazing structure and a lot of activities for kids and adults!

Spend 3 days with family (2 adults, 3 children). Cozy and clean. Good breakfast.
