The staff is very good but, Wifi is not available in the room. I was a little bit sad.

The hotel is a 2 star hotel and regular price per room for that time of year is 45$US, but because of COP27 prices when we reserved 6 weeks before the event was $160US. However when we checked out the price had gone up to $280US. The hotel staff tell us that it was a government of Egypt directives to all hotels.

The resort was empty, so the service was with few workers and not as expected. THE WORST was to have breakfast and dinner in an empty big room, and with few choice. One of us eat no gluten no chees and no meat, after 3 days we managed to have fish, but also comunication was not simple. The impression was that some of them do not speak proper english but they do not ask if they don't understand. Bus to and from the beach was absolutelly not to thrust, most of the time didn't show up. Look like the resort had bettet time.

We came to the hotel on 2/8 and we enjoyed a lot. The managers received us. A very wonderful reception. Thank you, Al Khan Hotel. Thank you, the hotel staff. Thank you, the hotel management, Mr. Badr, Mr. Shadi and Karim. We also enjoyed the vacation very much.

Very easy tired hotel , old everything , pool is not clean. No lifeguard on pool , breakfast is nothing to eat , easy service ,, extra bed 445 pound , beach is long stairs and not safety ,, sun-beds is broken and dirty , condition is not working in reception , water is not going in shower , no recommendation

I spent a week at El Khan Sharm hotel as a solo female. The hotel has a retro feel with great architecture and kept very clean. I had the option of room service where the food and drinks where brought up to my room.by the lovely catering manger Cheetos and the food and drinks was really good standard. The staff was very welcoming, professional and hospitable and I will definitely book my stay there in the near future.

We stay in El Khan hotel for short holiday only three days with family,hotel is very cozy and pools are very nice and clean, room quite big with space to add extra bed, food good breakfast and dinner and the reception is very welcome and thanks for msr ,Sayed💘😍
