It was amazing stay also we enjoyed the food and service they have 5 ala cart restaurant are amazing also we done photo sections at the hotel and ibrahem was amazing and professional the they are offering free Life jackets and mask for snorkeling at the end of the jetty and they can escort you by the golf car for sure we will be back for this place and we will recommend it to our families and friends as everyone coming to sharm need to try this lovely hotel

Excellent stay again at the Alcazar . First class hotel with amazing staff . A la carte restaurants are all very good with the Lebanese one being the absolute best . Special mention to Alsayeed in the lobby bar who is the best barman in Egypt - his cocktails are great . Ahmed and Hossam at the adult pool are excellent - as is Ahmed in the beach bar . We will certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends .

From the 17 to 24th december i was in this beautiful hotel in room 2017. My first impression when i entered the resort was WOW ! I could not believed how beautiful and clean the place was. When i entered my room i had the same feeling as everything was perfect. Spacious room, beautiful garden view and a minibar to die for !!. The day after was my wedding anniversary so my bed was decorated with flowers and ballons and i got a beautiful cake with a heart on it delivered free of charge to my room. What a lovely gesture ! The staff are so attentive to everyone’s needs always asking if everything is okay. The food was out of this world in the buffet and the a la carte too. The chefs are preparing fresh food in front of you and so much choice to choose from. The animation team works really hard everyday making sure everyone has a good time. The evening shows were of a very high standard and i want to say thank you to all the dancers. I could write so much more about this place but you have to come and see by yourself as i am sure you will have a blasting time like i had. I will finish by saying thank you to all the staff members as all of you did an amazing job. Nathalie

The pillows were not comfortable but the bed mattresses were comfortable. The hotel staff were hospitable and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful but the service is really bad for a 5 stars and for the price! Waiters only look after Russian clients! If you are not Russian, just pass your way. Main restaurant feels like a cheap cafeteria. No clear organization and indication. you can feel lost in this hotel and most of the staff will not even help. They dont care…

Beautiful hotel, A La Carte restaurants are good. good food good service staff are happy. Room was big and beautiful after we upgraded but the first room they offered was small. That was the only downside. Brilliant otherwise, loads of pools beach is good and not so busy with Sunbeds

The second me and my mother arrived we were absolutely stunned by the beautiful interior of the hotel. We were greeted with mango juice on our arrival and had a very efficient and fast check in. The staff here go out of their way to get to know you, being at this hotel you don’t just feel like a guest, you feel like you’re welcome and you’re family. When you converse with staff, you can say one thing and then a couple of days later that same person will pick up on the one thing that you said. Here you form relationships with the staff. No matter who you are, you receive royalty type treatment. In our entire stay, there was not one moment where we were disappointed with staff. the next hotel we went to so upset and regretted it as we like to go to different places. So many hotels in Sharm have buffets that in my opinion are more quantity over QUALITY but the food here is incredible, every single food item is created with such care and precision. I am a vegetarian and the second I was looking at sushi, the chef sat me down and created a whole vegetarian platter for me and my mother without even asking! The asian restaurant is also incredible too. The only downfall is the accessibility for wheelchair users in this hotel. I am lucky enough to be able to walk a few steps - but others who can’t will have an issue - when we raise this concern they sent a fruit basket to our room called up twice to check we are okay and told us they are now looking into making the hotel more accessible after holding a meeting. The staff treated us incredibly throughout our entire stay. Also the evening entertainment is more aimed towards us children so that can be another factor that people may not like however, I am still planning to come back one more time this year and early next year. Throughout the day there is adult entertainment too, there are darts tournaments, yoga, aqua aerobics, and generally just incredible entertainment too keep you occupied through your stay. One last thing that should be fixed is the fact that a few meat dishes are labelled vegetarian, that’s very worrying to someone of dietary needs but this issue only rose a few times.
