Excellent stay! We will come back This hotel exceeded expectations! The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were fantastic. We especially appreciated the view from the room. It made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

This is hotel is good for families. The rooms are very classy end very wonderful the beach is also enjoyable the food is excellent and the swimming pool is very clean not really bad here we feel at home and we feel comfortable and safe hotel here is very nice

Palm Royal Soma Bay is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever been to with my family. We have chosen it for our honeymoon because of exceptional beauty and high class service and management which was fully proven during our stay in Palm Royale. We would like to say big and special thanks to Malak and Kannan for awesome service and support which made our honeymoon special. We also would like to say big thanks to the staff members "Bars" Saber, Yousef, Ahmed Ibrahim and beautiful girls Aml Salah and Marwa. "Lobby" Beshoy Romany and Mostafa Daker" Cafestella" Nishantha, Ramy, Sameh, Ahmed Hosny, Shehatta, El Mahamady Maher, Yasser, Hamby Hassan, Mohamed Rabie, Hany Adel. "Room service and house keeping " Abubak Abo bake ,Wael Mohamed, Moataz For looking after us during our stay and providing us with everything we asked at the highest standards and quality. EDIT: November 6, 2023 *today is day 7/15* Our second vacation at the palm Royale and nothing has changed! It's still beautiful! The sea moved a few meters from the beach a few days ago. But the employees are working every day to bring everything back to its former glory, step by step. The staff is extremely courteous and as soon as you are a guest in your house, they do everything to make you happy. whether housekeeper, the Resceptionists the hotel manager or restaurant manager! Thanks to this great staff! And thank you for the fact that we can simply turn off our heads here every day and having you think for us... Whether at breakfast, lunch or on the beach! 5/5.. Still! I'll EDIT the Post after the 15 Days!

Very nice Hotel which you will found all what you want such as nice long beach ,a lot of daily Entertainment ,good quality of Food ,good service ,gym ,spa , friendly people and highly recommend Hotel for the german ,Swiss and Austrian guests . Very good and profisional management running this hotel and they always there to make sure you get what you expect and to monitor the daily operation and their priority guests satisfaction . I would like to send all my thanks and appreciation to all the people made my holiday so great and unforgettable ,Mr George Rooms Divisions Manager And all the Front office team , Ms Katharina The Lovely Guest relation ,Mr Malak the food and beverage Manager and all his Team and specially Ahmed and Moustafa Restaurant Manager .

I was with my family in the Palm Royale Hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The interior of the lobby is stunning, with the unique architecture, palm trees and a pond with fishes inside of the bar. The hotel rooms were clean, nice and very spacious with a great view, both at the beach and beautiful garden full with colorful flowers and 🌴🌴🌴 The food is absolutely amazing, you must try the Lebanese restaurant inside of the resort, great service. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, they went over and beyond to make sure that we are enjoying our vacation. Beach at the hotel is very nice, with crystal clear water and fine sand and the weather at this time of the year is perfect. Big plus for the exceptional Mohitos that are made in all of the bars 🍹 and for the Animation team. 🙂 I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hurgada.
