My husband unfortunately got ill but we turned to Clinic 24/7. My husband was treated very professionally, kindly and courteously by Dr. Mario Ragaey supervised. We went to the clinic three times in total and every time it was great! Thank you very much Dr. Ragaey

My mum and I enjoyed a wonderful time at the Steigenberger Alaya Resort. The staff was super friendly, the food very delicious, fresh and varied and the property super clean and modern. We even got our daily dose of cappuccino with oatmilk at the beach bar (portafilter machine for us coffee nerds). Further the resort offers a variety of snorkling & diving options that we really liked as well. Also many thanks to the especially skilled staff of the clinic at the resort. Without Dr Mario Ragaey and his nurse and their immediate and professional diagnosis and help I wouldn't have made my flight back home. We are very thankful to have enjoyed such a memorable and relaxed stay.

This was our 17th stay in Egypt, Alaya is a fantastic, modern, clean hotel, polished to the smallest details. The rooms are large and comfortable, the food is varied and delicious. All Stuff (waiters, chefs, pool,)is helpful, hard-working and professional and smiled everyday. Special thanks to Ragab who kept tidy every day our room swimup delux in buiding 3 . We will certainly return to this hotel which is one of the best hotels not only in MarsaAlam but in all of Egypt

Excellent hotel extremely professionally managed with nice rooms and good food. Customer closeness is high on their priorities. Congratulations. My wife caught a cold while we were there and we especially would like to highlight the way how she was treated by Dr Kerer: First he analyzed several approaches step by step and he managed to get my wife fully cured in a professional way. We were impressed by his professional approach he took to get certainty over how tu cure my wife. Congratulations to have a brillant Dr Kerer as physician with promising capabilities for the future and helping guests in a structured way to be cured asap and to enjoy the great holydays in Steigenberger Alaya Resort.. Greatly appreciated.

Steigenberger Alaya truly felt like a home during our anniversary stay. The warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. A beautiful, atmospheric and quiet hotel. The extensive area and the availability of catering and service outlets allow you to relax without crowds of people. A large number of hotel staff milk the feeling of luxury and immediate satisfaction of needs. The staff is extremely nice and polite - always smiling. The main restaurant serves such a variety and quantity of food that it will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The head of the hall, Alli, is very charming and extremely helpful at all times :) The disadvantages include low power and even weaker WiFi range (on the terrace next to the room it works up to a maximum of 2 meters), watch out for small thresholds at the door to the room and when going out to the terrace, a large number of light switches - unintuitive, and some of them are unknown what .

The resort is perfect for a relaxing vacation with all the necessary services. Thanks to Mashawi restaurant staff and the coordinator Mr. Aldo for the kindness and attention to the guests. My husband and I have traveled extensively, and we both agreed that the Alaya is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. All the restaurants (the buffet and all 4 al-la-carte) served excellent food. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The resort was spotlessly clean, and the room well equipped. The free laundry service was also a very nice touch! We had booked a premium deluxe swim up room which we were very happy with. However, I am sure they any room would be good. We really cannot fault this resort and hopefully will be back very soon.

Very nice and clean complex, super friendly staff in all areas, very good and varied meals, which can be taken in several restaurants. The space available at the pools and on the beach is very generous, there are plenty of sun loungers and sun protection available, and the drinks service is also perfect here. Highly recommended as an adults only hotel.
