Nice accomodation and stuff, always willing to help, very polite - do not try to persuade you to do some activities, if you are not interested. Lack of showers on the beach. Should focus on leakage a breakage with current ones. Tasty food……..

nice village for family trip, the resort has all what you need for nice vacation. recommended 5⭐️. All staff were really nice, food was good just will be good to have more fruits options for kids. Room without any problem and the best are the family bikes in all vilage to easiest transport👍

Everything was great, the rooms were beautifully cleaned every day. Large selection of food. The animators and all the staff were very polite. The facility is huge, so you can't get bored. There are animations for children, so they certainly won't be bored, and the evening show for adults is also worth recommending. We will definitely come again

- Snorkling at the dock is nice - Soprano restaurant is the best restaurant in Hotel. - Too less animation and group activities - The beach is exellent - The personal is kind and helpful - The rooms are comfortable - The light in the rooms is not enough.

Great Hotel we really enjoyed our trip, this our second time in egypt and we are planning to re do it because we really loved it Weather and sea are amazing, service is really good and the rooms are very clean and the fod is amazing and tasty we really loved this place

I love resort, because it is big and has lot of oportunities for fun for whole family, activities, minidisco, shows. There are many restaurants wit good food and pools. Rooms are very spacious and bed is comfortable. There is sea wit lots of fishes to watch.

I have been to Egypt three times and this holiday was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is amazing, clean and matches the description. The design of the hotel is really unconventional and for me very elegant. I am thrilled with the suites which feel very cozy and make you feel at home. There are many restaurants offering delicious cuisine. The access to the sea is also fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional. Right after arrival at 07:00 in the morning I had the opportunity to go to breakfast and then the room was ready. This is not standard and I appreciate it very much. At the same time, I was immediately greeted at the reception by a very nice lady Alex (Guest Relation), who takes care of the guests very professionally. Every time I met her she was very friendly and helpful. Such a staff member is like a gift. :) I will definitely be back next year because this hotel is absolutely top.

The best holiday, A lot of restaurants, swimming pools, heated pools, a beautiful beach with a coral reef, a lot of sports activities, excellent cuisine, evening programs and daytime programs, thanks for the great work of the animators. Beautiful hotel, accommodation and service, everything was at the level of 5 stars. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff for a wonderful holiday and we will go again next year.
