Staff are very friendly. Place is very good. Sea is calm and clean. Food quality is high. All is well except warmed pool.. No warmed pool. Mediterranean restaurant staff and place on pool is very nice………………………….. ………………………………………………………..

Wrong Gps location on Google maps away from real site . It's end at main route suddenly in high way with no near returns Best food ever big variety of nice cooked food Kids area excellent friendly staff members a lot of games drawing movies best kids area allover north coast

The property is old and needs renovation specially the rooms, entertainment is poor and no house music surround system The beach is small but nice and the F&B staff were the best Front desk was a bad experience No spa Landscapes and greenery was not the best or up to standards No value for money

We visited Rixos as a family for short vacation, we had such an amazing experience from the first moment we entered this luxurious hotel , the staff are very welcoming , Carmen at the reception was extremely friendly , listened carefully to all our needs and we even had an upgrade to a deluxe room with an amazing view of the pool and the sea. And we had a late checkout with no extra charge which allowed us to enjoy the last day in their lovely amazing sandy beach. What makes Rixos stands out from any other hotels is their welcoming friendly staff that do their best to accommodate your needs, and their great hospitality. Many thanks to Miss Eman at the guest relations, Mr Hossam and chef Ahmed at the main restaurant who provided us with tasty delicious food. We definitely looking forward for our next vacation at Rixos.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and we loved the view, the food is amazing and delicious especially the Turkish restaurant, the staff is very friendly and polite , this is my second visit to this hotel and it won’t be the last. Special thanks to Mr. Atik and miss farida from the reception and miss bodour from the bar.

One of the best hotels ever at north cost , professional and clean , every year at least i have one or two stays with them they are really good and high service standard check in was easy thanks iman from guest relation she is super hero all the time you will find her smiling and welcoming all Our requests big thanks for her , Thanks for mr hanfy and his front office team specially kareem mr hanfy give me upgrade for my room and make my stay happy and comfortable, thanks for F&B team mr . Ameer he is taking care about every small details regarding to food quality and taste and make us happy all the tome visiting restaurant , thanks for house keeping team ameen and faraht arrange all the time me room 2 times daily and make it clean all the day long , Big thanks for mr mohamed atiq the duty manager he is a good listener and taking care of any small concern to maintain the maximum happens for our stay Finally no words enough to say thank you rixos north cost team
