畢竟也是國際品牌的四星級酒店，但是次經歷到酒店的品質與服務仍有很大的進步空間：
1）洗手間設備裝修像平價的精品酒店，但整體尚算清潔。
2）酒店房沒有瓶裝水提供，在此酒店住了三個晚上，頭兩晚均需向大堂的服務員要求瓶裝水，服務員不友善的表示每人只可以取一瓶水，就算明天續住，也要明天再親身過來再取水。到了第二天服務員更表示，如果我每天取超過一瓶水，必須要收取費用。到了第三天，我寧願到附近的便利店去買水也不願再去服務員要求瓶裝水了。每次向服務員要求瓶裝水的過程都令我感到非常委屈，這瓶價格便宜的水足以使我對這個酒店的品牌卻步。
3）最令我感到震驚的一點，床上的羽絨被竟然沒有使用被套套着，只用一張床單蓋着羽絨被的上方，這樣表面開上來似是正常，但一掀開羽絨被，即發現床單並沒有好好包裹着羽絨被，羽絨被芯會直接接觸到身體（見圖），羽絨皮及床單均有明顯的污跡（見圖），這種衛生狀況及被鋪的處理，完全不可能接受。希望酒店可以多加留意這些問題。

大門口車道很窄，但是卻長期有幾個住客停車，嚴重影響到正常的住客進出酒店，提着行李箱要走一段路才能進入酒店門口，酒店人員視如不見，毫無服務可言，房間裏連一瓶礦泉水都沒有，不會再入住這家酒店

This hotel provides excellent service, with every detail carefully considered, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The location is just the best of the city i would say. Easy access to chinatown and light rails. Bed is comfortable, toilet is clean. Also the staff is very helpful in finding me a plug to charge my gadgets. Lovely stay.

About 2 minutes walking distance to ICC Sydney Theatre and China Town. Lots of cafes nearby and the tram stop is about 5 minutes walk.
The hotel room is quite spacious. However, the twin bed (2 single beds were uncomfortable and very small where my husband fell out of the bed !!
