Simple room.. Comfortable for sleep.. Amenities available are hand soap, toothbrush, bath gel, shampoo, cotton bud.. Clean.. Mini fridge available.. Iron board and iron available.. Prayer mat also prepared for muslim..

Nice hotel! Clean, super easy check-in process, parking free just use tng and validate at the lobby. I got very nice lake and masjid besi view. Sure one of nice hotel in putrajaya❤️

服務不錯下車到飯店前的樓梯還幫我們提行李，飯店位置離我們的目的地走路只需要2分鐘，飯店樓下就有超市跟7-11很方便

Check In & Check out: smooth
Parking: They have basement parking (a bit narrow, be careful ya) and limited spaces. Hotel visitors parked for free (you have to bring the TnG card / bank debit card used for parking to the lobby for verification during each checkout time = always bring the card with you)
Staff: Very friendly and helpful
Location: Walking distance to Putrajaya Food Truck area and nearby Masjid Besi, Mr Diy.
Room and toilet: sparkling clean. Prayer mat, Quran, ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator were provided.
Breakfast: Lots of choices (nasi lemak, noodle soup + fried, porridge + condiments + lontong with kuah kacang (delicious!) english breaksfats, roti canai, salad bar, toasts and pastries, coffee and tea, juices.
I'm glad that I made the right decision of quick stay at this hotel and I am looking forward to return back!

The room and bathroom cleanliness need to be improved.
The carpet full of stains.
Found stains and hairs on the bedsheets.
Room and bathroom are dirty too.
The aircon is very noisy.
Sound proof is bad.
Lift waiting time is longer than expected.
The only pros is the hotel is near to government depar**ents, so is convenient for people who want to do the government stuffs. Besides, there are Mr Diy and Hero market in the same building.

A great services by the staff
Room is spacious enough for families
Unfortunately during our stay the restaurant is moved to another area for renovation. But the food choices is not bad. Taste good. Might need to add more traditional kueh muih. Toiletries provided is basic, would be nice if they could provide at least comb.

Walking distance to Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque. {masjid besi). There is also a Hero Supermarket next door. Very convenient.
Quiet place and peace. There is a pool upstairs. Just dont stay in Level 2 coz Level 3 is their event /function rooms. Quite noisy at night when they are rearranging the furniture.
