They play with the vacation time you have problem with the booking in the only way they fix we pay extra money.

Great place to visit with kids and family. We had an awesome time there. Packed with fun filled various daily activities for kids and adults. 24 hrs room service option and so many restaurants and food options. Only improvement they need is staffs need to be more friendly and caring

Some of the staff that were dressed and labelled as managers or higher than those that greeted were rude and seem to feel above you asking questions. Hardly, anyone spoke anything other than their natuve tongue; spanish. I was charged an adult for my son 14 but then they had to be 18 to do activities on resort such as mini putt on their own which i thought was inconvenient and absurd! 3 out of 5 restaurants were good but service at all were poor and they were not busy which would be a good excuse.

Me and all my friends blacony door locks were broken and when fixed bevame broken or unlocked after use; did not feel safe!!

The properties were enjoyable, it was a large bonus to be able to use multi sister attached Bahia Principe resorts that allowed more space and accommodations.
Staff at the ala Carte restaurants was not consistent. Some were great and others were not at all. We understand the difficulties of staffing these days. More training I think would help.
On campus excursion staff was everywhere and very forward and direct with selling packages. No thank you had to be said many times. We did however book a couple excursions and lived it but it was on our own time and when we wanted.
We had a great vacation and week.

The resort is geared toward children. Many activities for little kids. Pools and beach are great. Food is also good for kids.

Rooms need to be remodeled. The bathtub was disgusting with oxidation. Mexican Restaurant and "Carnes" Restaurant are AMAZING!!! Food Delicious! Main Restaurant "Larimar" Buffet not my favorite. Some dishes are not fresh. Overall Staffs are Wonderful and Friendly. Ana, the waiter and all the Staffs were great with us!!!

The only good thing is the beach. cannot say anything about the pool because we didn’t use it.
rooms could be cleaned better - hair in bathroom from previous guests, dirty hair dryer, roaches, bad and anesthetic repairs.
disgusting food, it tastes and looks horrible, roaches in restaurants, plates were not always cleaned well, also they serve water in wine glasses - super uncomfortable, especial for kids. many times servers didn’t take care to serve water or ask if we need something.
in Miko restaurant rice was dry, the sushi also not fresh ( i think they are made time before they are served and stay in plates for hours)
not enough people at front desk, long line to wait.
the staff still need some training.
kind old furniture, very dirty place - chair, tables, everything.
