El hotel es precioso, unas partes un poco deterioradas, pero en general es muy bueno, mucha variedad de comidas, bebidas, la zona de la playa muy bien organizada, los meseros todo el tiempo pasan para el tema de bebidas, el restaurante de la playa también muy bueno, pero lo mejor de todo es la gente, todos muy pero muy amables, cálidos, atentos, respetuosos, colabores en todo momento… esta bien para Olán familiar…. Nosotros volveremos! Gracias por todo.

We stayed at the Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana from 2/10/24 - 2/17/24. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Very friendly staff in every area, but there is a language barrier if you don't know Spanish. The entertainment poolside and at the beach was spectacular, and different events each day. There is something for everyone.
The food could have been better. Make reservations early for the French and Japanese restaurant. Our rooms were cleaned well, but the refrigerator should have been restocked daily with water and sodas. We had to bring our own up from the bars.
Overall, an excellent place to stay in Punta Cana. Clean, safe beach and beautiful grounds. We stayed here twice, but will try a new place next time.

Everything was good. But sometime the restaurant waiting time was too long. After we ordered, we waited for more than 40 minutes for a breakfast and more than one hour for a dinner.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Hotel rooms could use a little updating and the pillows should all be replaced. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. Food was good and many options available. Very clean and good value

The property was beautiful as were the public areas.
The rooms were very spacious, but electric plugs were very loose. Also the drawers were in disrepair. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and had no outside handle.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful!
