Our stay at Breathless was incredible; the room was great, the food was delicious, but the whole experience was taken over the top by our VIP concierge, Pablo. We have stayed in many top-rated hotels and resorts all around the world, but we have never felt so safe and comforted as we did at Breathless. We received a text message from our VIP every day about what activities would happen on the property and when. We were also told many times if we had any problems to let him know or if we were looking to have any experiences or see any shows. He was able to connect the dots with everything. We felt like celebrities and because of it we had an amazing trip.

The entertainment was good. Drinks good. They run out of pool towel very quickly. Getting a chair around the pool was difficult.

The staff are the best asset. Warm, welcoming and always so positive which is awesome. I liked how they tried to help us improve our Spanish, we spoke in Spanish, they returned in English, we taught each other. Stayed on the Xhale side, paid extra to have a restful vacation. Sadly several other stayed ruined the days for many who left to other parts of the resort due to the drunken obnoxious behavior. Being rude to staff(treating them like servants), profanity, arrogant and sexist laced behavior was much to be desired. The resort could have done a better job not over serving and the odd warning or locating them to the party pool would have gone a long way. I'm all for a great party and there were several other party pools wghere this was acceptable. The best quote was "I paid for this walk out, I'm gonna do whatever I want, I own this pool of the next two weeks". Didn't we all pay for this? If I ever hear Scobey Snack again, this is the shot the 10 hillbillies drank nonstop for hours, I'm gonna barf. I have to say the men in the group were far more tolerable the the women in the group. Well never go back sadly. The staff again really made this place.

The hotel was very clean. Food was great. Activities were very entertaining. Our host Miguel was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He has excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

The staff and accommodations were excellent. Our concierge Jean Carlos was amazing and so helpful. Pool staff, restaurant staff and cafe employees were awesome. Looky & Gasolina kept us entertained, laughing and involved with water activities. Jose & both Alberto’s were awesome pool bartenders too. The food was great and be got lots of fun in the sun.
