A 4 stars hotel, a bit old facilties but in general OK condition., but some of the some room is (are) not maintained well and very smelly... Asked for replace a room then it was OK.
Houses keeping team did a great job and very supportive with help requested, but restaurant (and bar) staff are very impolite and unprofessional in doing their job....
Very strange "room service" as you need to go to the restaurant and pick up the food yourself....

Very happy with the hotel. Construction side nearby but didn't hear anything. Restaurant was ok, parking is not sufficient.

Staffs are friendly, room is big and clean with Plaza Armas Punta Arenas across the street, hotel is located close to everything hung: attractions, shopping, bus sur and good restaurants.
