The hotel is in a good, central location right next to Bus Sur if you are going to Puerto Natales and easy walking distance to restaurants and tours. The rooms are a good size, front desk staff and waiters friendly and helpful when solving problems. The major disappointment was that the cook unilaterally decided to close half an hour early on our first night despite us having confirmed the opening hours only 15 minutes earlier - we (family) had to order a take-out sandwhich which was horrible and not a good start to the holiday. Obviously we did not even plan to eat in the restaurant after that.

Perversa la calidad de personas que trabajan en este hotel. Estuvimos haciendo cuarentena en Febrero de 2022, y las personas del hotel, completamente inhumanas, prefirieron dejarnos sin comida que ayudarnos de cualquier forma para poder comer. Habiendo restaurante del Hotel, no nos quisieron ayudar llevando comida para poder comer. No nos ayudaban subiendo los domicilios a la habitación...Se nos acabó el efectivo y no quisieron pagar ellos y cargarlo a la habitación. Múltiples formas que nos pudieron haber ayudado para hacer nuestra estancia en el hotel lo mejor posible, de lo contrario hicieron todo para que fuera la peor semana de nuestro viaje. It was the worst hotel we've ever been in. We were starving and no one would help us. We had to quarantine for 7 days in February 2022, and after ordering some deliveries, we ran out of cash and the front desk wouldn't help us by charging to the hotel so we could pay as check out. What's worse, they wouldn't even bring us the food to our room. People were just inhumane. The hotel had a restaurant and they just refused to bring us food to our room. We highly recommend staying away from this hotel at all cost.

Hotel con excelente ubicación, cerca de todo , habitaciones amplias y limpias, todas ellas con frigobar para mantener agua fría y con hervidores para tomar un cafecito. La amabilidad de todo el personal hace sentir muy bien, la señora del desayuno se desvive por atender bien a todos, manteniendo las medidas Covid, lo que no es fácil, considerando que estábamos en fase 2. El baño con calefacción hace muy grata la ducha de la mañana. Esta ubicado a 50 metros de donde salen buses a Puerto Natales. Estuvimos 7 noches y fue una grata estadía

Hotel excelente para aloj**** en punta arenas, piezas bien amplias y limpias,los trabajadores excelentes desde la recepción hasta el personal de aseo. Desayuno muy rico todo, la señora encargada muy atenta y simpatica El restobar excelente la comida, todos los platos muy ricos, atención de los trabajadores muy buena, 10/10. Recomendable 100%. Ubicación del hotel muy buena, ya que esta cercano a museos y centro de la cuidad.
