Good service First room given full of dead rat smell The Managment knew the problem as the duct of aircon Had a problem o spite of knowing they let it out After complaining they changed the room But service is good People are helpful But don’t expect extra bedroom keys

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

I have been an extended guest at Oakwood Residence for the past 12 weeks whilst undergoing medical treatment in Pune. I cannot fault the service that I have received whilst staying here. I feel like I have become part of the Oakwood Family. There are too many staff members to name, but I can honestly say that everyone has been wonderful. Nothing has been too difficult. I stayed in a Balcony room as I thought I needed access to the outside air, but I rarely used this. The bed was large and super comfortable. Fresh linens were received regularly, and my room was cleaned daily, thanks to Umesh. There is airconditioning in both the bedroom and the lounge/kitchen area, so it was easy to control the temperature of the room. The bathroom was clean and adequate for my needs. The breakfast options are excellent and there was always plenty of food. All the staff in the restaurant are well trained and provide excellent service. The in-dining menu is expansive, well priced and tasty. Front desk is always available to assist with your needs (especially Shubahkah), from arranging transport, purchasing SIM cards, printing/business needs, changing local currency, etc...all you need to do is ask. The pool and gym area have recently been upgraded and both are well kept, clean spaces. I would 1000% recommend anyone stay here at the Oakwood, especially if you need a long term option. Thank you once again Oakwood for making my stay with you wonderful.

As always, a great experience with the perfect mix of feeling independence in your own well equipped, spacious apartment but with all the comforts and amenities of a top hotel, complimented with amazing staff that make you feel special all the time.

The staff is very humble And the house keeping person ( Jay shankar ) is very polite and humble. Also the kitchen staff is very good, they manage my SEHRI even at 4 O'clock I wish to come back in this hotel again and again I also recommend you all to come I experience this site

After a month here we feel pretty comfortable. Great breakfast, very nice and friendly staff, amenities serve well our needs, both for sport and relaxed games for evenings. The residence is at walking distance from the central area of Koregaon park, full of restaurants and markets.

Really enjoyed my time at the Oakwood residence. The staff are friendly and very helpful with suggesting local restaurants, spas and assisting with any arrangements that are required. The rooms are clean and have all the necessities for a long term guest. The room service and breakfast are also amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you are staying for a longer period of time.

Been here for more than 15 months, feels like home, the food, the service excellence, the hygiene levels in the room and the overall facility. Excellent response to any issues/ concerns. Quality of apartment is good, all facilities including kitchenette is well planned, have not felt need for anything till date.
