Laguna Redang Island Resort

Very fantastic resort and hospitality They can take us to many spots to conduct snorkeling as complimentary My family so having fun to see many variants of fishes. And we could see many fishes in sea in front of this resort also.

I love my stay at this resort. The seaview scenery and hospitality was great. The room was spacious, clean with basic amenities. For the 3 days stay, there were buffet provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner - the food selection was good and tasty. Will definitely come back 😊😄

Im Happy with laguna resort but i was unhappy with Max (call receptionist) From Trip.com, Because he gave me the wrong information about our Travel inclusive package, he told me i just need to TopUp RM9xx during check in due to another 1 adult + 2 kids, end up the counter charge me RM18xx to complete the procedure! Hope Trip.com can give me a reasonable explanation.

I think I will come back again with my friends and I will join every snorkeling trip. This trip I been there for alone but still good.

Fantastic Resort Ever I never See Before Service Was Awesome 🫰🏼

We were not aware that this hotel area is full of PRC, even the buffets are catered to the PRC needs. Breakfast with these bunch are chaotic since they are noisy, rude and even had a mother allowing her kid to piss in the dining room. Price wise, highly overrated. Same breakfast dishes daily. Not worth the stay. No WiFi in room is fine but the amenities are too expensive yet poor quality and service. Most of their own residents told us to visit other islands instead. Even housekeeping wakes us up as early as 8am, banging on the doors repeatedly. WTH! On our last day, one of them entered our room abruptly using her keys. Goodness, what happens to privacy!!! When u walked down the beach shores, the air is filled with Chinese or other Chinese ethnics songs. Doesn't feel like Malaysia. Worst part is most bars opens at 4pm only.

It's located at one of the best stretch of beach in Redang. The sand was fine and really beautifully maintained. Loved sipping my drinks at the seaside bar while enjoying the view. We booked complete with meal and snorkeling trips for 2 nights. I've nothing to complain about neither. Meal was great to be honest. Room was really spacious, came with a balcony, but in my case though, the view was not overlooking the beach so was forgettable. Wished the room came with better amenities and more places to dry our clothes.

The Resort is still as the same when I visited 15 years ago. Still well-kept. Staff is always friendly. The beach is beautiful. Soft white sand. But now have more dead corals at shoreline. Food is buffet style, still have decent choice of food. Great snorkeling trips. Still many fishes around the shallow parts near the beach.

Staying at Laguna Redang Island Resort was an extremely satisfying experience. Beautiful resort & walking distance to beach. Great service, food & pleasant staff. Will recommend to others for sure😊😊😊
