房間設施太差勁樂，地理位置一級棒下樓就是海邊，是個老的酒店，一共住了4天。早飯一般般。

This property is falling apart. Feels like an authentic Mexican third world charm hacienda. Rooms have doors that barely shut, tiles that pop when you walk on them, views that save time having to use camera. Amazing beach front, with no beach amenities. The gym has 40 year old equipment that has broken cables, wobbly creaky cardio machines, and situated in a heat tank. However the nightly entertainment is even more lack luster, with Projected You-tube karaoke and limited uncomfortable seating for all! This is a one stop, lack of service, mind numbing hotel catering to low expectations and broken dreams.

This is not the caliber hotel we are used to. The rating listed in my opinion is much higher than they deserve! Very deceiving! Pool area is nice. No privacy in the room….you can hear everything in the room next to us! If you’re not all inclusive they ignore you. There’s always things they forget…like water, coffee,towels…etc. But try and get what they forgot….it’s frustrating to say the least! The bellboys are the only salvation…they are very friendly and helpful! Needless to say this is our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and most likely the last!

Rooms are disgusting. Thin walls. Filthy ceiling fan. No dresser drawers (2 week stay). If you are a la carte dining the wait-staff cannot take an order. Signing to the room means you have to pre-guarantee an amount on your credit card.
This is a 2-star property touted as a 4!

Room was clean but a little rundown. They were patching the walls as I was moving in. No balcony chairs, no bath towels
Called for wine glasses...one came the next day
Too few beach and pool loungers
No alternative milks for coffee
Some if the waiters at Aquamarina were downright rude
Pretty sure i was supposed to have a King bed. Got a room with 2 beds

Beautiful view from the balcony of 5th floor, very good mattresses but too firm pillows.
Too thin door with very wide gap underneath between two
connected rooms make it very noisy.
Very good and beautiful restaurant, kind lobby staff

The grounds at the crystal were beautiful ,the pools lovely although required some maintenance missing tiles everywhere,didn’t pay for all inclusive so can’t speak to that ,our room was in the tower it was very clean ,all except the mildew smell when the air conditioning was on ,we didn’t need it so it went away when shut off
