房間設施太差勁樂，地理位置一級棒下樓就是海邊，是個老的酒店，一共住了4天。早飯一般般。

The little town ambient was great! entering the property and feeling in a small community.
Did not like is that installations and equipment are aging. The tower we stay had to large water leaks in the lobby. The crew repaired but it gave the feeling of not a perfect stay due to this maintenance issue. The people were amazing in their service. We reported a clogged drain in the shower, it was repaired same day.

Room has dirty, holes on the wall and headboard lines dirty and stained. Bathtub cracked dirty and stained. Toilet stained and dirty. Horrible conditions. Checked out the next day. Ended in staying at “los tules puerto Vallarta” for the same price. The place was nice and clean, ambiance was great! Kristal is a false advertisement that place is horrible conditions.

Had the buffet once and went off property for the rest.
AC didn't work 4/9 nights.
Kids club opened once and wasn't much to do.
Playground one of two slides had a gaping hole in it.
Nice beach.
Rooms were fine but five hangers for a family of four and no where else to put clothes.

The food was not well prepared, Vegetables were hardly ever cooked, the food was always cold. The odd item was warm, if you were lucky. Oatmeal was only food that was consistently good and hot.
Cleaning staff ok.

Property is in a good location and personnel are nice and attentive. However, property needs LOTS of maintenance. A/C was not working in the whole tower we were staying at and we were not told about it until we complained to the front desk. We got moved to another tower with a nice view, but room was poorly maintained, had no shower or toilet door (looked like they attempted to remodel but place the room back in service before it was ready). Got moved another time because we preferred no AC but working room. I believe we should not have to make that decision. It was disappointing and frustrating, so we will never be coming back there.

We weren’t on the all-inclusive plan and were unable to charge drinks to our room. When we purchased drinks at the pool bar they were the tiniest drinks that you’ve ever seen (likely because they’re catering to all-inclusive.) there were no pool or beach chairs available after 10;00am. There was a MAJOR water leak happening which resulted in ceilings being cut out and dripping through the lobby.

We absolutely loved the hotel when we got here, however after check in, the air conditioning went out and was it hot. The ceiling fan didnt help, and when we called the front desk we were just told its being worked on. The deak clerk was not very understanding or polite. Just kept saying its being worked on. I understand equipment breaks but in this climate with no breeze, it was nearly impossible to sleep due to the stagnant air in our room. I even asked if we could move to another building regardless that we paid for an ocean view room, we just wanted to be comfortable and enjoy our selves and maybe get a good night sleep. This was very upsetting and we will never be back to this hotel again.
