All aspects of our short vacation were perfect. The staff was amazing and accommodating.
My only suggestion is to explain amenities instead of pushing different properties on people as soon as they check in. We were confused on a lot. Instead of being told what we had purchased for our stay the girls and guys at the desks in black uniform just wanted to sell us on a different property and then confronted us about it the next day and acted as if we were in the wrong.

Amazing experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly in a sincere way. Manager of breakfast at Blanca Blue is a great example! Roberto poolside as well. Always a smile and ready to help!

AMAZING! We went for 7 days and enjoyed every second of our stay! Great food, we did the all inclusive and the service was beyond our expectations! we loved the hikes , the wildlife- plus a Uber into the city was 5$ and easy to come by. ❤️

One of the best places we have stayed in Mexico, and we will definitely be back! So many great things to say from the staff to the food to the room, etc. The front desk staff, Angel, and the Bocados Steakhouse staff were excellent. Honestly, they were all amazing, but we built a relationship with some in particular. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. There is some construction going on nearby, which is kind of loud in the morning, but that is of course out of their control. We can't wait to come back!

Property caters mostly for so-called resident just a guest you are treated different for the most part. We couldn’t get any restaurants reservation the days we want pool area for the most part reserved for special resident guest they don’t have to see me there ever again

LOVED our stay here! All inclusive package made this trip so easy to enjoy. There is a variety of restaurant and drink options throughout the hotel. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Robust activities schedule that are all complimentary. Will definitely be back!

Good food. Staff great but concierge required to book restaurants and try selling time share (hate that). Beach isolated no walking a beach. Can’t really go in ocean all rocky. Tough getting chair at pool. Can’t reserve unless what they call VIP
