Staff were all so sweet especially the hostess and servers in the buffet restaurant. Also very comfortable beds l, and the maid service was fantastic and accommodating. This was our sixth stay at this location and we will definitely be back.

Pros:
- Good location
- Huge rooms
- Close to Malecon
Cons:
- Too crowded
- Noisy
- Only real option for lunch is their buffet place
- Pool is not clean
- Time share
- Staff could be a little more friendly
- Buffet is too busy/crowded
We had paid via Trip.com for the room with breakfast buffets included. The check-in staff said the payment has not been done and we still had to pay for the room and buffet separately. After 2 hours of confusion and waiting with a 1 year old, it was finally resolved. The staff did not feel sorry or apologize at all for their mistake.

The property is lovely. However my room with nice big patio was above the lobby batr and it does not shut down at 11 pm. It was very loud and noiisy until after 1 a.m. Right after checking in after a long yravel daytwo women stopped us as were going to the elevator. They wete selling something and when I strongly said I was not interested she continued to complain to my travel partner that we should be nicer. Not impressed..

Dishonest Staff- we had a Large amount of Cash 10G’s Stolen out of our room in a backpack. Before anyone comments on Room safes, they are as easy to break into as a pack back. I believe the Mini Fridge stocker did it . We noticed the zipper left open which we never do.
Otherwise it was a good spot. We made a “report” but , nothing will happen , & the Sheraton did nothing for compensation.

Expensive all inclusive was not all inclusive. The restaurants that were good were always booked and we couldn’t use them to eat except once very late. Had a huge water problem in our room and the front desk said it’s normal and said he would send someone up with towels.

I've been visiting PV for over 25 years and I can't believe this is the first time I've stayed at the Sheraton. This is a really nice resort that hits all the marks for a great PV vacation. Comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds and pool along with excellent food options. The location is great for exploring. I definitely recommend staying here.

It was a great stay. We went for the softball tournament. The hotel was beautiful. Only problem we had was with the room next to us. We could hear them clearly and a lot. The only separation was a connecting door that had space underneath, so not noise blocking. The staff was super helpful and very nice. Miguel at the pool was my favorite! It is an all inclusive hotel, but we did not use purchase that option. Other wise great stay.

Really nice pool area. Close enough to the malecon that it is a reasonable walk (20-25 minutes). Good breakfast options just 10 minutes away. If you want a great pool and walkability, and not all inclusive...cant do much better!
