Maxwell Collection at Soho

We had a fantastic stay at Residence at SOHO condo. We stayed in #401. The unit was spacious, stylish and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to prepare meals. We slept on the Murphy bed which was comfortable. The view from the balcony of the city and ocean is amazing and wonderful to wake up to We can’t say enough about the panoramic view from the infinity pool-spectacular!! The condos are close to downtown, beach areas. We mostly walked but Uber was quick to respond when needed. The concierge was very helpful with suggestions. We felt very safe. This was our first stay at SOHO but won’t be our last.

Gorgeous building and pool area. The prettiest I’ve ever seen! Our one bedroom two bath condo was incredible. Very modern. Elevators were very confusing, especially to get to the pool. Our sliding door to the pool elevator would not lock properly. The pool was not heated while we were there which is fine if you just want to enjoy the sun and the bar on the rooftop. The building entrance is just feet away from the highway which can be dangerous. It’s very loud from the room as well. Not the most friendly or helpful people at the front desk. They just ignore you as they’re watching very loud videos on their phones. This resort has so much potential but it’s not quite there yet. Looks like luxury but does not feel like it.

Great property, location and staff. Roof top pool was amazing. I stayed in end unit and view was breathtaking.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious and the pool was beautiful and cold. The only drawback we experienced was that the pool wasn’t serving a full menu and wouldn’t let us bring in anything else which makes hanging out there for a long time less inviting. Luckily the beach is close! We would stay here again and hope they can get the kitchen open.

Gorgeous property and stunning view of the ocean. It is off a busy highway so can be quite loud on the deck or when all the glass doors are open. The main bedroom is to the back and quiet.

The highlight of this property his the expansive rooftop pool. We spent most of our time there because you cannot beat the view. Also, the service from the Maxwell people was excellent, very responsive and on top of our needs

We had some challenges upon check-in, the patio table was broken and the pieces had just been shoved into the planter. The sliding door in the main bedroom that opens info the main hallway was difficult to lock and unlock, they were aware of the issues but made very little attempt to fix them. The sliding door onto the main patio over looking the city and ocean is not sound proof and doesn't block any sound from the street. You're right next to the main road so there was traffic noise at all hours of the day and night. Even being on the 8th floor you could still here everything, as if you were on the ground floor. Overall I wouldn't go back to Maxwell Soho, the unit we were in was pretty but had issues, the roof top pool are is nice but water is freezing and you're not allowed to bring your own water bottles. It's definitely not a luxury resort, at least that wasn't our experience.

My time spent at the Soho building by Maxwell Residences was nothing short of remarkable. The apartment where I resided was a showcase of elegance, meticulously cleaned, and maintained to the highest standards. The addition of daily housekeeping services ensured a continuously pristine and welcoming environment throughout my stay. The interior of the apartment was tastefully decorated, featuring high-quality furnishings that married comfort with sophistication. Every detail in the design contributed to an atmosphere that was both modern and inviting, making it clear that thoughtful consideration had been given to every aspect of the guest experience. The standout feature of my stay, however, was the exceptional team at Maxwell Residences. Paola and Fabiola were outstanding; their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to ensuring my stay was seamless were beyond compare. They were always available to help, making me feel appreciated and well-cared for. Moreover, when a minor issue arose, the prompt and efficient resolution by the owner exemplified the team’s dedication to guest satisfaction and their adeptness at addressing any concerns with grace.

The pool was the only good thing about this. Unfortunately you can't bring any outside food or drinks included a water bottle. This was implemented during aur stay by the owner/developer. He had a yelling match with a guest which was extremely unpleasant to witness. Threats were made to call the police. Unprofessional in my option. It could have been resolved away from all the guests using the pool. Also it's a unheated pool. Quite chilly. Rooms are ok at best. The glass floor to ceiling doors were not sealed around edges. Wind moved the blackout curtains. The extremely busy highway 200 with semi trucks at all hours using jake brakes. Slleeping was not easy! Extremely noisy. Hard beds were also a problem. Was not the holiday I was hoping for. Steer clear if you want a quiet night. If you can sleep through hurricane stay here!
