Excellent apar**ents stunning views of Puerto Rico Really helpful staff nothing too much Had a bad start to holiday left purse on plane receptionist helped phoning airport to arrange getting it back can’t thank him enough !!!! For a family holiday this place ticks all the boxes Lovely pool with lifeguard Pool bar Live entertainment Brilliant holiday can’t wait till next year winter sun 😎

Great holiday. Amazing views from balcony great location lovely restaurants and bars. Plenty of stuff to do. Can’t wait to rebook and come again. The apar**ent was kept clean and tidy. Massive balcony and plenty of space to sunbathe or just chill

Location wise perfect! Out back gate and right to restaurants souvenir shops and down to beach. Straight over to Mogan Mall for shopping and more restaurants. Also one of the biggest SPAR shops I’ve ever seen! Stayed 1/11 to 8/11 weather beautiful. Not too far from airport. Very warm greeting from man at reception ?Victor Who explained everything very clearly and was always very helpful throughout our stay. A few problems with aircon and hot water but these were addressed straight away. Beautiful balcony which was very large and had sun loungers plus table chairs and umbrella for shade. As some people say some of the rooms do look a bit ‘tired’ but they were always clean. Maybe a deep clean of some of the door frames would be good as ours had a lot of dirty marks on them. Only thing that was a bit annoying was a lifeguard listening to music on his phone which was not good when you were trying to read! Thank you for a relaxing stay 😃

We have been to GC 10 or 12 times. We have been to PR several times. This is the first time we have stayed at the Sun suites, We will never stay anywhere else aging when we are in GC. Location perfect for everywhere. Room very spacious, balcony enormous, staff very friendly. I never understand when people say Oh the staff are not helpful. We are polite and courteous to every one and you find they are the same back, We tried breakfast once, found it pricey, we just got some lardons, mushrooms and eggs and had omelette. But had fresh baguettes from the bakery, very nice. We loved our stay here and as said when back in PR you will find us here.

We absolutely loved our room, we was in sun suite’s 3rd floor one bedroom, the balcony was the best ever, very big with a table, chairs and umbrella, sun beds, we would go back just for that ! everything you need is there, it’s slightly tired and could do with a lick of paint, just a tidy up, our air conditioning wasn’t working very well, but to be honest we didn’t need it .. .. the reception staff were very nice and helpful the communal areas were clean and tidy. We had the breakfast option and glad we did, plenty of choice hot and cold and omelette’s cooked if you wanted . We loved the fact that the pool area didn’t open until 10am, so no made rush for a sunbed and there was always plenty to choose from .. the bakery and shop on site were excellent, but you are also very close to the shopping centre if you need a bigger supermarket which are excellent.. restaurants , bars all nearby we had some really good meals , beach is a pleasant walk away with some nice beach bars , nightlife great if you want it .. first time for us but would not hesitate to go back .

Don't go if you need a late check out. No way. Rooms are dated now also. We've been coming for years slowly going downhill ☹️ reception staff need to make their minds up about rooms. Cleaners are ok though. Like I say late checkout no good to me if it's decided 10 mins before we have to leave the room.......

Think this was our 6th stay here as we come back time and time again. As always, room was great and had everything we wanted and terrace was fantastic with a lovely view. Service was friendly and great by all, especially Agustin who shared my love of Nemo and provided excellent, friendly service. :-) Pool area was good. Love the garden areas with cacti and beautiful flowers. On site bar, shop and food outlets all great. Now with air con and TV included so even better than precious visits.

We are just back from spending two weeks at Terrazamar our 6th time staying here. We booked a high floor and were allocated an apar**ent 605 on the sixth floor which was ideal. Great apar**ent with a large terrace which got the sun from 8.30am until 5.30pm and is furnished with sun beds, table and chairs. Water bottle in the fridge on arrival which was much appreciated. Safety deposit box in bedroom and shower gel is now provided. Great location, 5 -10 minutes walk to Morgan Mall shopping centre and 20 minutes to Puerto Rico beach, another 20 mins coastal path walk to Amadoras beach, well worth the walk. A drawback of the stay was the bottom gate to get in/out with room key is terrible, one day it works next day it doesn't and therefore no easy access to shopping centre which means a walk up/down a steep hill. Another drawback was guy comes round at 5 .45pm advising pool area will be closing at 6.00pm, on our previous stays it closed at 7.00pm. The website also says pool area is open until 7.00pm. Complex was clean, staff friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or return in the future especially if bottom gate is working and pool area is open until 7.00pm.
