Well molds was every place you can imagine! 504 is not to be rented! The smell of the bathroom vente was so bad Mold is not the best word! Please avoid that place! They lie They do not care They would never get 1 if i could! No ocean but a view with roof top! No evening sun just at the pool if you get a chair. As a Canadien please peak a better spot. Plus no parking ( it Public) so wait wait wait! May be you will get one! The kids screaming in a small pool was so bad. -1 star i give them. Badly manage by the place. To much stairs. Cleaning -2 if you tell them. Ask will tell you !

Great place to stay, beach or town within 10~15 min walk or a taxi for about €5 Shop, bar and restaurant onsite. However, the only negative is the restaurant, fine for breakfast and lunch but very poor for evening meals. Since the new management company took over they have introduced a buffet style, the food quality not great and usually cold. We won’t eat there any longer, a real shame as once upon a time people would flock to it. That said there are some really great restaurants in town or at Amadores beach.

Unfortunately, using the RCI scheme to book this resort was a big mistake, despite paying for my points to be exchanged to RCI, the apartment booking fee and my usual annual maintenance fee you still get treated like a second class citizen, with all these fees the week cost approximately £450. When the receptionist at check in realize you have booked via the RCI scheme you get allocated the worst located apartments at the resort; road noise, lift noise, the least views and the most steps. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment, but no starter or welcome pack to enable you to use these facilities. Apartment size very compact but sufficient. Location ideal for walks to Puerto Rico and Amadores beach. When I use timeshare/RCI I can usually travel light due to the home from home service usually available at these resorts, unfortunately, I had to argue with reception just to receive a small bottle of shower gel, I was told by reception only resort owners get a midweek toiletry replenishment. The resort shop, bar and restaurant are very much over priced. The pool had loose and missing tiles and pool grouting needs cleaning, an accident waiting to happen during the daily aqua aerobic. The aluminum venetian blinds very poor for blocking out light.

Don't count on watching anything on television as it is very poor and the restaurant doesn't do anything for vegetarians as it is buffet every night and the next restaurant is a taxi ride away or a very hilly walk . The good points are the rooms are quite nice.

The vacation started when our reservation could not be found in the hotel's system. Everything seems to be messed up in the hotel. The staff is afraid of the new management and cannot make their own decisions. We asked for the apartment to be cleaned and on the last day of the week the cleaners finally came for the first time and the next morning check out was at 10. It wouldn't even have been needed anymore. We have been there for the first time in 1999 and the place has gone really bad. There are too few cleaners and the staff is confused.

Have been here a lot of time before and every time it has been great. This time it has been a no go, a new hotel as a neighbor is so noisy the hole evenings any every evenings, screaming in microphones,music and a lot of event until 22:00 or later every evening, my good no enjoying at the terrace. The lady in the reception was so not smiling, look like :please do not visit us go home. And I remember the guys from previous year so friendly. I apologize since I got some problem with my back just two days before arrival, I call the hotel and ask if it was possible could I then have a room with only few stairs? Not that I would be for any trouble. I got no 314 and I think one of the rooms with most stairs. THANKS. So this was the last time, lucky us we have find another one for our next trip, which look like perfect. Do not choose Bahía I am so sad to say.

The pool area was very dirty it did not look like it had been cleaned in a week they advertised happy hour buy one get one free but the pool clock was not in scent with the till clock so they charged you normal. I would say to anyone travelling to this area to do not stay at this place

A good 3 star possibly low 4 star. Good location, lovely views. Rooms a but tired but clean. Pool gets very busy. Very hilly but great if you like walking. The walk to the harbour is very pleasant along the designated path where there are bars and restaurants. Weather was amazing which also helped.

We have been going to this resort for a number of years. Unfortunately this time we find that the pool which should be heated has been broken since September 2021 and was still broken when we left in January 2022. The lift broke down a number of times and we where lucky to get moved to a lower apartment. This resort is on a hill and without the lift working getting to the apartment above the first floor Is very difficult if you have any mobility issues. The staff all work very hard and will do there best to help you, unfortunately the resort now have a buffet four nights of the week and a breakfast buffet which was cold, we used the restaurant on a non buffet night and found the food very good as was the snack menu during the day . The units are well equipped and clean, with maid service every five days, some of the furniture is showing signs of wear and need replace but on the whole this is still a great location with friendly staff I would ask the owners to sort out the lift and pool and bring this resort back to the way it was when we purchased our weeks, after all this is a time share resort with many owners who are loyal to the resort and return every year to enjoy it. It’s has to be remembered that everywhere is going through a hard time with COVID 19 and this resort is no different, but a pool which has not been repaired since September and an unreliable lift make it hard to give the resort a higher rating
