La habitación del hotel estaba muy descuidada, tiene mucho humedad en paredes, cortinas, inmuebles.
Mucho humedad, espejos, baño muy deteriorado.
La única ventaja es que está al pie de playa, y el restaurante cercano es muy bueno

Our room was to be ocean view. It was if we walked around message shop. Was to have balcony had terrace no view, no shade. But saving best for last there is a closet that has toilet pipes through it. Makes noise all the time it’s right next to bed . Don’t open it completely gross. Bathroom moldy under sink. Asked to be moved 2 times

The hotel was decent. If you’re used to high end resorts, this probably isn’t for you. The rooms were nice and clean. Everything was within walking distance and the beach club was nice. It is a little hard to get bar service when it’s super busy but I just went to the Chedraui and got drinks and snacks to pack in my beach bag. I will stay there again my next time in Puerto Morelos

We stayed for 2 nights and here is a quick review. The service and food was EXCELLENT. The only restaurant was outdoors so no A/C and it was very hot and humid. I had to eat in our room with the A/C the last day because I could not take the heat any longer. The room is very basic and has Only ceiling lights so that is not comfortable to me at night. A lamp would be better. The TV remote did not work but we did watch TV. The toilet requires you to put all the TP you use in the trash can and not flush it so I cannot deal with that. The snorkeling off the hotel beach was great! We saw a lot of small but beautiful fish including barracudas, puffer fish and other very bright colored fish. We had to change our reservation at the last minute so we had to pay a penalty fee so this was not a cheap hotel stay.

I didn’t like staying in the Hotel and Beach Club Ojo de Agua because they lie about their room prices, for the room I reserved for 47$ I eventually had to pay 92$. There is no English TV channels in the hotel, they don’t provide customers with TV remotes ( just Mexican Cable TV remotes). I, for example, wanted to use my HDMI cable and a laptop to connect it to the TV but without a TV remote it is impossible and the hotel doesn’t provide it for the guests. The hotel staff hardly speaks English although they charge prices like in USA. During a day they place crazy LOUD music and drums on the beach, it is impossible to have a nice Siesta time and take a nap when it is too hot outside. Local shop and restaurant people lie and cheat American citizens about prices offering food and goods for crazy prices. Airport taxi charge 98$ for taking you to Puerto Morelos. I advice NOBODY to travel here, better go to Miami, there they have the same prices but better service and food. I will never return to this place for vacation
