Lani's Suites de Luxe - Adults Only

Our 7th visit to Lani’s, a real home from home. We love it here and the shoulders just drop as soon as you walk through the door. All of the rooms are amazing as you would expect, with comfort and complimentary drinks. The pool is lovely and a great place to relax on the most comfortable sun beds if you fancy a lazy day or days! The base is so central, right on the ***** so so much access to restaurants, bars and walks, so lively! And then as soon as you get into your room or into the hotel it is so quiet and peaceful. The team are amazing from the maintenance team who literally do not stop and there is a continual programme to keep the place looking amazing, the fab housekeeping team, reception and the breakfast team who look after everyone so well. We have already booked for next year, such a treat and yes, not the least expensive but we think it’s great value for what yo get and how you feel. Wow! Kumar and his fantastic team led by Jonathan and Juan were amazing Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were extremely helpful, polite but also not in your face, so they knew when to interact with their guests. The Lani Suites are an amazing set of small suites right on the beach and all very well furnished to a a very high standard. The food was also very good and again nothing was too much trouble and if you wanted something that was not on the menu then the kitchen would either go get it and/or cook it for you! The rooms were very comfortable, the service was definitely 5 star and we will definitely be returning in the future. A small piece of tranquility in Lanzarote in a great location, with fantastic people making sure that you have a memorable stay. There is nothing that can be called out that needs to change, other than next time we will stay longer!

It is hard to believe that service can be this good. Simply exceptional attention from every single member of staff. The place is stunning....what a spot. Right on the beach in the middle of town but quiet and private. Food is excellent, as is the drink and good value too.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Lani‘s. It was our first time and it will certainly not be the last. The location, the suites, the stylish decor, the pool, the views, the restaurant are all fabulous. What makes this place so special though is the quality of the team, their outstanding service and genuine friendliness. On several occasions Jonathan and others went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible. Thank you!

I am referring to Casa Nua, an appartement belonging to Lani's but further down the street. There is an Irish pub next door that has live music EVERY night. The noise us incredible, not possible to sleep until at least 02.00 am. There is also a glass disposable bin where restaurants and bars dispose of all their bottles until they close and starting again in the early morning hours. Don't book this place.

This was the best holiday ever. The only bad thing about it was we booked 10 days not two weeks. My wife, who never wants to go away for more than 10 days, forced me to book 2 weeks next year. I say "forced" but little persuasion was required. Free airport transfers in proper Limos rather than tatty old mini busses you usually get when booking a transfer elsewhere. We were greeted at reception by the receptionist, our bags taken away and treated to beer and Cava. The manager, Jonathan, came in specifically to welcome us to the hotel. The reception area is not connected to the hotel, you have to access your rooms via several gates around the hotel perimeter. Access to the gates and suites is via pin codes which means you don't have to worry about taking room key or card with you. We stayed in a ground floor Suite de Luxe including a hot tub, table and chairs and two loungers with additional seating. The Suite had everything you could possibly want, huge bed, separate air conditioning in the bedroom and sitting room, Smart TVs in the bedroom and sitting room, ironing board and iron, fridge, free beer and soft drinks, cork screw, free laundry, daily supply of chocolate, umbrella, shoe horn. I could go on a lot more. The shower was very good and we never lacked hot water. The WIFI is reliable and strong in all areas of the hotel. The Suites are so peaceful and quiet even though they are on the main Lanzarote *****. You can see the planes coming into land at Arricefe airport, but we never heard them. The pool is relatively small, but more than adequate, and warm once you get over the initial shock of getting in from the hot outside air. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were spent at Lani's on-site Restaurant. It has magnificent views over the sea and beach. We had planned on eating out half the time, but the food was so good we chose to eat in most days. Now I come to the staff and I am sorry I did not get their names. But I don't need names to tell you that every single member of staff who looked after us, from Reception, Room Maids, Waiting Team, Pool Guys, Maintenance Guys and the Spa Ladies were a credit to the hotel and made our stay so good. Friendly, amusing, and diligent; exceptional. We didn't see the chefs, but I am sure they would have been lovely as well. We never saw a grumpy person once. In most hotels we have stayed in you rarely get to see senior management but at Lani's they are constantly on patrol, chatting to guests and making sure everything is perfect. Even the owner, Mr Dadlani came and spoke to us whenever he was in the hotel which was quite often. The people we were most in contact with were Jonathan (Manager) and Farah (Guest relations). They are outstanding. Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable. We are devastated that we have to wait 12 months for our next stay.

We have just returned from our 4th visit to Lani's and we're already planning our next visit for later this year. It really is a perfect hotel, and without exception every member of staff makes your holiday extra special. Another fantastic holiday, thank you Lani's.
