Apartamentos LIVVO Morromar

Little further back from beach than expected. I have arthritis but managed to walk it in about 15 -20 minutes, nice little shopping centre & beach.Very clean, very friendly apartment. What really made the holiday was the animation team run by a gentleman called Sito. I have never met such a fun & infectious team. You wanted to join in because they were up for a good laugh. so eager to have fun and please you. There was never any pressure. My husband & I didn’t want to miss out on any of it.😃

Stayed Thursday till Monday we were bed and breakfast, rooms were clean and spacious, we had a one bed apartment in block 5 which was close to the pool and restaurant, apartments are kitted out with a fridge and a 2 ring hob, iron and ironing board, a table that seats 4 a sofa and a large balcony, there is also body wash provided in the shower, plenty to choose from at breakfast cereal, yoghurt , fruit, cooked breakfast salad ham and cheese and a selection of pastries. All id say is this is a 3 star hotel don’t expect fresh coffee and fresh orange juice. 10min walk to the beach, bars and spar shop, we stayed round the quiet pool in the day plenty of sun lounges for January, only down side is there isn’t any air con which for January is again fine. Can’t rate lunch or dinner or entertainment.. There is a shop on site selling the basics, and yes you can hear the planes but it is a 5 min transfer which cost 9 euros, they stop flying around 10pm and start around 8am For us this hotel was fine for a long weekend for the price we paid.

This hotel is stunning. Very clean and very well set out. Staff friendly. Food varied as were drinks. Entertainment was a little drab but we made our own entertainment. The restaurant never struggled for a table. The beach was beautiful we got a taxi there for a few euro but the hotel offer a coach there. The room was really spacious and airy. Market day Sunday Teguise really big and plenty of shops also. We got a taxi here I recall it was around €10 We ate out a few times, some really nice restaurants on the main ***** (Spoons is amazing). There were plenty of shops to go to they all sold the same things.

Outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived until departure 👌👌❤️ Appartement room we're spotless and the facilities were well maintained, beds very comfortable. Perfect location ⛱️🌤 Restaurant offered delicious meals 😋 Attention to detail made our stay extra special 👌 Definitely come back next year 😁

Awesome place like my second home I want to live here best staff best rooms everything is 100% back soon can't wait we came in January and April best stay ever and can't wait to return Frank's very good guy to the pools are brilliant the eating is brilliant the club bar is brilliant everything is see you all very very soon. Nice walk down to beach views are ace to I love this place so much

Lovely hotel with great pools, we used this as a base so didn't try the food but enjoyed a nice cocktail. Hotel grounds are kept nice. Apartment was a really good size the only downside is no air con which we knew before booking this would make the hotel perfect if it did install air con. We had a lovely view from apartment 308 cleaners were brilliant. Quick walk down the matagorda centre. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived on the 10th of April and leaving on the 20th. I Always leave a honest review were ever I stay .rooms are spacious and clean with lovely views. Food was fabulous each morning lunch and evening. My wife is disabled and as we had to be out of the room by 12 noon I talked to Alfonso on reception about keeping the room on extra hours on our leaving day Alfonso was so helpful and understanding he is an asset to the hotel and a very nice guy. All staff are amazing and I will definitely return thanks to our friend Alfonso

We had apartment 627 overlooking the main pool and above the restaurant. I loved our apartment, it was very bright very spacious, extremely clean and looked like it had recently had a repaint? Even though it was above the restaurant and entertainment and facing the pool it wasn't noisy although that's in March. The balcony area was huge too. It's on the the top floor where there are steep steps to climb to get to it just encase you have walking difficulties. As per previous comments there is no air con and you have to rent a fan, however we felt in March this wasn't needed as all we did was open the bedroom patio doors during the night and had the doors open in the living area during the day to let air through. Someone mentioned there was no sun to the balcony on room 627 which isn't true, the sun starts to comes around late afternoon early evening, but even in March in the morning it was still warm sitting out and the morning shade would be welcome in the Summer months. Downside I felt the checkin on Sunday March 17th around 4pm was unprofessional. There was a male receptionist who was sat down not doing any checking in (he may have been new?) but, he kept chatting and interrupting the female receptionist when she was trying to check everyone in, which made the process so much longer. Also I don't understand why we were asked to email the hotel voucher to the hotel during checkin? I didn't have Internet on my phone as I would be charged for overseas use and I don't want to pay extra for wifi to the hotel either (WiFi isn't free here) just to email the voucher. Why cant the downloaded voucher not be shown to the receptionist from the persons phone or a paper copy could have been printed before arrival if we had known about this. Anyway apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in room 627.

A weeks break away, had an upstairs apartment, short walk from reception - apartments decent size, modern bathrooms- living area and bedrooms a bit tired and need a refresh and a bit of TLC, the bedroom had good storage but was a bit fusty mouldy smelling which was a shame - lovely balcony view - a bit of a walk to sea front and restaurants which was fine but beware at night it’s poorly lit and steps back to apartment without any hand rails which could be a problem for anyone with any walking difficulties. We did self catering and kitchen was adequate - the bar areas in apartment complex to be honest were all a bit soulless but got a good coffee from the pool bar during the day - we had mixed weather with some windy days so only used the pool once - very cold and didn’t repeat on this occasion but can see the pools could be good areas to relax and sun bath - walks to Puerto de Carmen and playa honda lovely and there were great food options in maragorda, los pocillos and Puerto del carmen - O sheas did great breakfast at the sea front matagorda and there were really good food choices - lovely tapas at La Barrica and lovely Italian food at restaurant italica both a short walk from matagorda heading to Puerto de carmen along the water front - good Indian food and Chinese food in the matagorda centre too Anyway - it was a good week and as a first time visitor to Lanzarote I will definitely be back but probably not to these apartments -
