Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

Loved this hotel great staff food was lovely great location my sister and I had a lovely sea view room and we really enjoyed our stay.Grab a taxi from the airport its only 20 euro but to avoid having to queue book it through holiday extras

3rd time here and definitely be back room is spacious spotless clean the resort spotless staff are amazing...food is lovely ...close to beach and all amenities....couldn't ask for better......credit to all staff

Went on a 5night break with my sister and we both had a fantastic time. Food lovely and staff even better. We was all inclusive and couldn’t at all fault it. Would definitely return. Situated in a very good spot to walk out and go to local shops and bar. Beach is a 2min walk which is beautiful. ❤️

I'm still here and having the best time! This place is amazing. The staff are so hard working and keep everywhere beautiful and clean. My apartment is huge and having no air conditioning hasn't been an issue as I hired a fan which is so cooling at night. The food is lovely and has always been warm in my experience but I haven't eaten here every meal. There has also been no problem getting a sunbed when I want one. Though why spend time worrying about sunbeds when a gorgeous beach is on your doorstep is beyond me! The sand gets hot though so flipflops are recommended. I am glad I'm not here for a week otherwise I would be going home tomorrow, and I don't want to! Thank goodness I am here until Saturday. Thank you to everyone here you are all wonderful.

Came here on my own solo . Had a very nice clean room . Food was great if you’re a picky eater you’re better off going out . But for me the place was great from all the staff very happy and friendly. I’ve booked to come back here for next week going with my older brother . And will enjoy another great stay here thank you to all your staff again 😀if I could give you 6 stars 🌟 I would

I cant understand the negative reviews for this hotel!. We have stayed here 4 times in as many years, and always in April due to school holidays, we came this year on 31st March until 11th April in a sea view room number 410 and we loved it, as we do every time we stay. OK there are a few things, like would recommend air con in the bedroom, and stop people from reserving sunbeds around the pool area, but I can honestly say, that's about it. My wife and I are in our 60s and the staff at this hotel are both extremely nice and friendly, but go all out to help you, they work hard, and are so pleasant, from the reception staff, bar staff and kitchen staff, and not forgetting the cleaning staff. I have read so many negative comments regarding the food, and must say in our opinion, each time we have stayed the food has been excellent, there is so much choice, and quality on offer, we had ribs one night, and they were the best we had ever tasted. Ok there is no entertainment, but we prefer that, as who wants to be kept up all night by the constant noise that this would bring, as there is as much entertainment as you want just down the hill on the main stip. We would again like to thank all the staff at the hotel for making us feel welcome again, and for the pleasant way you made us feel during our stay, and for your help in granting our request for the room we asked for in our email we sent. look forward to seeing you all again next year, and again thanks to all . We were looking forward to our holiday and didn't read too much into reviews. How wrong were we !!! Best, point re: our room was the view. Room was dirty, beds clean, broken kettle, unhelpful cleaning staff and had to ask for clean towels. Best meal time was breakfast, ate out for lunch and dinner, however, when in for breakfast dining staff were friendly, attentive and never stopped. Bar staff were helpful and friendly, however there is no TV, music or entertainment/atmosphere in the bar area and must be a nightmare for families with young kids as didn'tsee ice cream and no inflatables allowed in the pool. Wouldn't class as 3*** all inclusive as Jet2 advertises. There are extra costs too, paying €21 for safe, which was fine but there were fees of €20 for Wifi per device for 1-week or €3 per day, €2 to use iron per day, not what we expected for an all inclusive. Snacks were limited and available late afternoons consisting of hot dogs or cheeseburgers on alternate days and cakes, drinks were ok and available all day. Our room was dirty with paper hanging off the ceiling, paint chips all over, the front door had obviously been forced and a makeshift repair painted over. Place looks fine from the outside but rooms, cleanliness and food let it down. Certainly won't be booking into here again. Pointless contacting Jet2 as no reply.

only arrived yesterday..so far so good..receptionist is beautiful friendly very efficient and curtious...staff are friendly and approachable...rooms are clean fresh and well equipped.. food is fine and selection is good in this heat.. only grip and a very small one (I arrived early morning but couldn't excess room till 3pm)..receptionist took my luggage and I'd excess to the bar and restaurant which made the situation a lot easier...this place is central to all amenities although on a slight hill ..thumbs up so far 🏖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
