Tornielli? Nine, nine, nine! The only positive about this dire hotel is its location, a few minutes walk from the Centro Storico. That’s it. Everything else is abysmal. My single room was poky and I had a ‘wonderful’ view overlooking machinery and air-conditioning units. At least it was clean! Breakfast was terrible - watered down orange juice and cheap produce. And that’s the one word that springs to mind when now reviewing Hotel Tornielli 9 - CHEAP!

This is probably one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. Firstly no air-con and bedrooms were truly roasting (it was 30C in my bedroom), i had NO room service at all for my 3 night stay, the shower and toilet didnt work properly and industrial machinery (for the restaurant air-con???) started up at 7.30 each morning and was really noisy. The view from my room was this huge industrial machine. It was truly dreadful

The Hotel is very central but unfortunately the rooms get pretty hot and stay that way because of the missing AC. I found a few hairs in the bathroom but overall the cleanness was OK.

Generally alright just didn’t like that they don’t have air conditioning in the summer, very very warm. Beds are just ok. There were no reception when I arrived at about 1 pm, the reception has gone for breaks and back at 3 pm. I waited for 2.5 hours. The reception leaves at 8 pm

Hotel situato al centro di Novara, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, centralissimo. Abbiamo avuto due stanze singole come richiesto, confortevoli, pulite, con bagno comodo, arredate in modo essenziale ma funzionale. Molta disponibilita' dalle addette alle pulizie alle quali ho chiesto aiuto perche' inondata in camera dalle zanzare, meno simpatia ed accoglienza nel locale dove si faceva colazione : in 3 giorni il cameriere pur vedendoci non ha mai salutato, alla richiesta di un espresso da parte della mia amica ha risposto di servirsi della macchinetta automatica, e si' che la macchina del caffe' tipo bar era ben esposta, visibile e funzionante, visto che poco prima aveva servito altri caffe'. Il rapporto qualita/prezzo onesto, magari un po di cordialita' in piu' non guasterebbe.......

Ben organizzato, pulitissimo, personale gentile e disponibile. La camera semplice ma razionale con tutto quello che serve e un bagno ampio ben funzionante con doccia, bidet, lavabo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto in un cortile interno al bel palazzo. Per me non è stato un problema ma sappiate che le stanze sono su due piani e non c’è ascensore.

Hotel centrale volendo potete parcheggiare all interno prenotando il posto ,camera silenziosa colazione standard di dolce e salato ma per scendere e recarvi sala colazione dovete. Mettervi il cappotto perché non collegata internamente ;non comodo o adatto per disabili o con bimbi piccoli e passeggini perché ci sono 2 piani senza ascensore per le camere ..per una notte ci sta ... ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Non c’è una reception aperta 24 su 24. Non c’è un ascensore. Le camere sono piccole e squallide. Non c’è un frigobar. Non c’è un telefono per chiamare la reception. Non c’è un armadio, ma semplicemente una sbarra a cui sono appese le grucce portabito. Il bagno è piccolo. La cabina doccia è angusta. Fanno pagare in anticipo. Nonostante questo, anche se ho buttato 170 euro per due notti, me ne sono andato. È un posto che ti aspetteresti di incontrare nel terzo mondo, non in una prospera città del nord Italia. Volete un consiglio? Non andateci!

Struttura equidistante dal centro e dalla stazione, quindi ideale per chi come me si sposta in treno e a piedi. Stanza pulita, buona colazione, zona tranquilla. Mi preme sottolineare che, nonostante fossi arrivata di mattina molto presto, mi hanno permesso di anticipare il check in, cosa davvero non da tutti!!
