Simply superb. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, I had them call ahead to ensure I was arriving and if they could assist (as I was arriving late at night). Note that if you arrive after 11pm they will charge you a surcharge of €50/hr. Room was huge, like a small apar**ent with a kitchen, lounge area, and big double bed. Very high ceilings give the room a nice space. Bathroom is modern and clean. Hotel has a wonderful architecture to it. Invoice was ready with the company name on it (very rare these days), helps to have regular EU plugs in the room (sometimes not always the case in Italian hotels) and free WiFi.

Hotel is great. Very large modern and clean room complete with cooking facilities. The hotel is a bit out of the way and the on site restaurant is very mediocre. Standard of food is very poor.

We have stayed in this hotel for overnight on the way to Milan and had an amazing experience starting from friendliness of the staff, great room amenities and finishing with breakfast and overall cosy hotel ambiance.

Very nice architecture of the whole property, the room and entire area was very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. The only issue I had was that the bed was not comfortable.

3 night stay at this wonderful and very welcoming hotel was a pleasure from start to finish. Beautiful clean and unique bedroom, excellent breakfast and helpful staff who are friendly and go the extra for you. Small problem with toilet flush fixed in minutes..no butter available on the Sunday at breakfast...arrived back at breakfast table with butter from the adjacent restaurant! Thanks to all the staff here who were so professional and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel which is beautifully presented and homely. Restaurant is also excellent and we had a great meal there on our first night. 10/10.

This is a beautiful property that is extremely convenient stop on the way to or from Malpensa airport. The desk staff was friendly and accommodating, even though we booked last minute and came in at 9:30pm. Our room was spotless, well furnished, quiet, and comfortable. It was also huge--I've seen smaller apar**ents in NYC. Parking is gated and very secure. There are drinks in the mini fridge which was good. One small complaint is that the restaurant would not serve us a quick drink in the evening. True, it was 20 minutes to closing time, but we weren't planning on lingering. We wandered the small town near the hotel fruitlessly looking for an open bar, returned 50 minutes later to see there were still patrons at the restaurant. We did not understand that. The beer in the mini fridge saved my husband's mood. The adjoining town might not have a good bar but it has a lovely nature path next to the river and what looks like a really good patisserie. Overall, it was a really great stopover on the way out of the country and I would recommend it.

Siamo tornati in questa struttura dopo un anno, sempre con grande soddisfazione. Immersa nel verde, ben curata ed il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione offre una buona varietà di scelta tra dolce e salato. Felici del nostro soggiorno.
