Hotel Boutique Tremo Bellavista

Localização: Ok...nao tem nada muito perto, além do pátio bella vista Quarto: Ok...faltou coberta (estava frio) e o chuveiro é muito baixo...sendo um pouco desconfortável tomar banho (tenho 1,86m)..... Problemas: O café da manhã é servido à partir das 8h, e não há em qualquer lugar esta informação...para quem está indo a trabalho, isto foi péssimo..... Me trocaram de quarto no último dia, pois tinha outra reserva para meu quarto...até aí ok...mas me avisaram em cima da hora quando estava saindo...tive que arrumar correndo para não me atrasar. É um hotel ok...com potencial....mas com muitos pontos a melhorar.

El WiFi la tienen que mejorar y el servicio de desayuno, parecen muy apáticas las que me han servido, y supuestamente Yo tenía doble desayuno pero me han servido sólo uno. Lo demás me parece excelente!

Wow how disappointed I was. We arrived late at 10 pm. The staff was unhelpful and our room consisted of a bed and bathroom. No closet, bedside table on one side. No place to put a pair of glasses down at night. Went out from 6am till 5pm to find no maid service. Was told I needed to request it. Honestly when was I asked. The staff at 6 was sleeping and looked annoyed when we woke her up to exit. Won’t be back.

Stayed at hotel before and it was good but this time room on ground floor so can’t have light as full length window was on the cafe. Was noisy through the night and Wi-Fi was broken

My Wife age 69 toured all over Sth America 4 months altogether now and myself 7 months, this is probably “THE BEST VALUE ON A LIMITED BUGET HOTEL” l have ever over here, come across, l booked here because it was recommended in “South American 2021 Edition of *LONELY PLANET* Travel Advice Books on a Limited Budget. We stayed here for 9 nights altogether for $71 per night, with a Great Continental Breakfast (see photos below). The staff are very Friendly, especially NANCY ( who speaks fluent English), she helped us with all things, like booking cheap local taxi’s, advising places to go, catching buses to other cities, etc. The other staff who are all from Venezuela, although only speak Spanish, are all very friendly and bend over backwards to help, you can communicate using a Translator App, write in English, converts to Spanish.

Please do yourself a favor and stay off this property! This was easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. I spent a seven day mandatory quarantine in this hotel and it was a nightmare. Every item in the room was dirty, old and did not work properly. The water pressure was never right. Heating was non-existent in the middle of the winter. Sheets were yellow. Bedbugs. TV remote didn't work so I had to get up to turn the volume up and down and to turn it off at night. WiFi was incredibly slow and unreliable, I couldn't even order food due to it. Forget video calls, you just won't be able to get any work done. The staff was incredibly rude and slow, they take advantage of the fact that you're forced to stay in your room to give you the worst treatment ever. The breakfast you get is insanely unhealthy and small. Rotten fruit, juice from powder, white bread and cheese you can't trust. No cleaning at all! They only came to pick up trash "once" a day (some days they would just forget). Of course there were flies, ants and all kinds of bugs everywhere. I could go on and on, but in conclusion, this is just a horrible hotel and they're not doing anything to try and improve.

Como um todo o hotel não é péssimo, só não é bom ou sequer suficiente. Existem muitas falhas que prejudicam e muito a estadia. No quarto em que fiquei NÃO pegava Wi-fi, foram 5 dias em que fiquei lá tendo que ir para a área perto da recepção (exterior do prédio, onde tem cadeiras, perto da recepção no interior não tem onde sentar) para ter o mínimo de sinal. Eu reclamei e pedi solução mais de 4 vezes e com funcionários diferentes. A explicação foi que eles estavam com problemas no modem daquela área (meu quarto e área de café da manhã) e que seria consertado no dia seguinte, em nenhum momento foi. Inclusive me prometeram uma mudança de quarto que depois se mostrou impossível de ser realizada. E para as redes de wi-fi que pegavam no quarto eles não me davam a senha e nem mesmo explicavam o porquê de não darem. Sobre o café da manhã, ele não era bom, ainda mais para os brasileiros. Primeiro que a dinâmica de café da manhã não foi bem explicada. Basicamente vc sai do seu quarto, senta em uma das mesas e espera um dos funcionários trazer as comidas. Você não é perguntado sobre o que gostaria ou muito menos informado das opções, não é self service como no Brasil. Segundo, todos os dias são variações da mesma coisas: sanduíche, um pratinho de frutas, meia xícara de iogurte, uma porçãozinha de cereal, um suco e vc pode se servir de café ou chá. No mais, os funcionários são muito educados, os banheiros não são ruins, as camas são confortáveis e o ar condicionado é muito bom. Em alguns quartos não tem frigobar.

Aparentemente é bonitinho mas não resolviam problemas básicos. O wifi era péssimo no quarto ,tínhamos que ficar na recepção para obter Internet. O quarto tinha um odor péssimo de esgoto e a cama era bem ruim. O básico que era pedido não tinha solução por nenhum dos funcionários.
