This is such an amazing hotel and is a must for anyone coming to Cyprus. We arrived to a champagne reception, friendly and efficient check In and a spotless room which had everything we needed. They allocate sunbeds to you do there us no having to.get up and put your towel out to reserve a bed. Best system by far. Food was amazing and as we were half board we got to dine not only in the hotel but 5 very local restaurants which were very generous Portions which we couldn't finish. Hotel staff are all so friendly but have to mention Justine who works in the bar who greeted us daily and couldn't do enough for us. We travelled with TUI and their hotel rep, Daniel cannot be praised enough. I had a number of health issues to deal with which he assisted with and spent so much Time sorting for me, he never made me feel like a pest and organised everything I needed. Just brilliant. So many friendly and helpful staff and you can see they enjoy helping you enjoy your holiday. Will definitely be back. Thank you Sunrise beach from Paula (the lung one) and Sue ,(the crazy one,) x

We’ve been looked after at the beach bar by Head Barman Yiannis and Xeni for the last few years of visiting - they’re so friendly and welcoming. Their Daiquiris and Mojito’s are the best in Protaras beach! The food is great too, highly recommend the freshly cooked to order Pizza and the Hotdog. We always come back here as we know it’s the best. Thanks for an amazing welcome guys!

Very comfortable beds, rooms a good size, you choose your sunbeds on the first day for the duration of your holiday what a bonus, the food is excellent giving you a choice of six different restaurants outside of the Hotel, if half board these are free with some very small supplements on a few items, all staff are brilliant and very help full, Maria on reception and the other staff, and Lenca and Justine on the bar with all the other bar staff , some of the restaurant staff looked new but always happy to learn, and smiling, as we was with TUI we had a great representative called Daniel who was very informative.

Had a great time at the sunrise beach , it was a last minute booking so ended up in a family room with partial sea view and on the corner near the ***** end of the hotel , it was very noisy until about 12.30 am - other than the noise everything was perfect - food was great and I used the dine around options on a couple of occasions in the week I was there. The beach was a few steps away from the pool so I could swim in both - The staff here are lovely and a special mention to Justine , Amrit and Thapa who had my Aperol spritz waiting for me before I went for dinner . I last came here in 2015 and it was nice to see some familiar faces and I’m sure it won’t be such a long time before I go again Daniel the Tui rep was brilliant in organising trips and I managed to visit Kyrenia and Famagusta whilst staying in Protaras it was amazing , well worth doing .

This is our last day at Sunrise Beach Hotel. Its a beautiful hotel. We have no complaints at all. Room was fantastic. Liked the sunbed idea. They give us the sunbed and no one can have it till we leave. So no fighting over sunbeds. Staff are very pleasant indeed. Breakfast is awesome, nothing is too much trouble for anyone. We shall certainly return to this hotel again. Even my husband is abit fussy, but he was very impressed. Eating out is no problem, lot of places to eat and drink. We'll done to everyone who works very hard. Also a big thank you to our Tui Rep Daneil he was always available. Good work Daneil. Mr. & Mrs Galliara.

You couldn't ask for anything more from this hotel. We were on a bed and breakfast board basis. The room was very nice, plenty of space and two balconies. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay really amazing. We will certainly be going back for more.

6th time here. Bottle of wine and voucher for lunchtime meal as we had missed evening meal due to time of arrival. Room spaces with side sea view. Half board dine around to be recommended and hotel buffet restaurant fabulous choice of food. Neo restaurant manager(who has a wicked sense of humour),Maria and Christos all give a fantastic service. Sun bed allocation brilliant. Ample pools for all. Accessibility to beach and town makes this hotel an ideal location for able or disabled visitors. The hotel has been updated, gym, squash court, sauna all areas well maintained. The minute you arrive you are made to feel welcome and well looked after for your stay. We will be back thats for sure.
