Hotel Prishtina

I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in my hotel room. First of all, I want to thank the very friendly staff, I feel sorry for them leaving a bad review, but that's just how I personally experience(d) my stay. The breakfast is very poor. The fruits and vegetables look mostly like they're from yesterday. Or at least they just don't look fresh. If you can't or won't eat animal products, you're screwed, because there are no real alternatives. There is in general no big variety. The "gym" is actually a bad joke. It's very, very small, most of the gym equipment is broken and/or very old. It's not just broken, it's even dangerous I'd say, having a loose cable sticking out of the wall. It's extremely hot inside, the air condition isn't working and the tv remote is lost. Heading over to the sauna, the light inside the sauna is broken (yes, I checked if I turned it on), so if you want to visit it at night, you'll sit in the dark. The shower head next to the sauna is broken as well. I'm also pretty sure the water temperature of the swimming pool isn't at 30 degrees as promised, it feels way colder. But the view from the pool area is really, really cool. My room is okay, it's cozy and most important of all really clean, but a bit small for a premium hotel. The air condition isn't really working as it should be and is waking me up at night since it's blasting air inside my room even though I turned it off. My "do not disturb" sign is vanished, too, I asked the staff for a new one but didn't get it. For a 4-star-hotel (which is located very central) I'm just not satisfied with my stay. Now you could say - why don't you just tell the staff while you're here. I'll let you know: It's a 4 star hotel and I just expect everything to work as it's promoted on their website. Comparing it to Emerald Hotel, which is a 5-star-hotel in Prishtina, there are worlds in between. I won't visit this hotel again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Clearly the hotel has been modernized and is clean and well run. All the staff were amazingly helpful and as a stranger here took every effort to help me and advise also. My room was again of smart design and was spotless. The restaurant was a little disappointing food wise but nicely laid out. Enjoyed my stay here and recommend it.

Very clean hotel with prime location. Nice pool area, gym relatively small but a nice plus anyway. A/C in the room was not in use in May since I was told it was not the summer season yet. The daily outside temperatures reached around 30 degrees during my stay so the room became quite hot as well. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel has changed a lot from the pictures shown above. It is now a modern hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a decent lobby, bar and breakfast room. Nice play to stay if you want to explore the city: the city centre is a 5-10 minute walk. The pool has great sights over the city and the sauna was a nice place to relax after a tense day.

I have stayed at the hotel twice: 3 weeks in May-June 2021 and 2½ weeks in June-July 2021. The hotel has good service and very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel :-)

Une perle au Kossovo. Grand luxe avec voiturier dès l'accueil. Tout brille de propreté. L'ambiance est feutrée. Le service est présent, mais sait se faire discret. Les chambres très spacieuses, pour ne pas dire vastes sont équipées d'un sauna privatif !!!. Quant au petit déjeuner, on peut difficilement faire mieux pour un prix abordable pour ce standing !!! Un sans-faute total !!!

Accueil incroyable et personnel super bienveillant ! Suite très spacieuse et moderne avec un balcon. Petit déjeuner de qualité Parking devant l’hôtel et parking à l’arrière de l’hôtel. Malheureusement les photos ne sont pas à jour. L’hôtel semble avoir été complètement refait à neuf il faut donc regarder sur d’autres sites les photos de l’hôtel actuel.
