My original room was very dirty, the bedspread had visible dirt on it. The couch in the room was full of stains and pet hair. The floors also were not clean. I requested another room, which the hotel did provide me with. The new room was clean. The rooms were not very soundproof, I could hear every door open and close, and people in the hallways. Also no laundry facility.

Sandman Signature typically has modern, amazing rooms. This was a bit disappointing. Kind of shabby and run down. The lobby was on point and the staff was great, though.

Cost for stay was reasonable.
Not clean - didn't appear vacuumed and a pile of used towels was on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom floor didn't appear mopped.

The bathroom was dirty looked like it had not been touched since the last guest, room had double beds not queens. Hallway had garbage on the floor and needed to be vacuumed badly.

Rooms are nice, modern. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were super friendly. The restaurant has amazing food!
