Last minute booking, awesome service, and place is clean. Have a pool and might be a great place to spend a couple of days. Unfortunately, we did not order breakfast as we had to depart early.Good quite area and feels safe. We will definitely use again

Wonderful! Such a beautiful old home with magnificent gardens and a stunning pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and quaint rooms with old fashioned charm. The location was perfect! Good security too.

Every thing about my stay was nice, including the hospitality. The one that was not do good was there was not a good selection of foods for my vegan diet offered. I wish that thee was more to offer during the breakfast time.

Beautiful gardens in a lovely setting. Plenty of place to park, very attentive staff, and the suburb of Brooklyn is stunning. Sadly however the place as a whole is in need of attention to its maintenance. Our room wasn't clean and my wife ended up dusting the lampshades. The waste outlet in the bathroom kept getting stuck and we battled to let dirty water out from the basin. We stayed in exactly the same room two years ago and struggled locking and unlocking our unit's door. Two years later there was no improvement. DSTV is advertised, but not in the room, so we had to log on using our own portfolio unless we watched in the lounge.

Excellent place to stay, situated close to where we were going.. would stay there again.. buildings are from the 1920's and still looking good.. exciting staying in a stall.. good idea making it into a room

Excellent staff. Nothing was too much for them especially Memory. She went out of her way to help. The house is in a safe quiet suburb with easy access to the mall and the hospital. The house itself is old and has the most beautiful wooden staircase. Beds are so comfortable and rooms spacious. Woerth a visit.

I enjoyed my one night stay at Brooklyn manor. It has a sense of serenity, its clean and the staff is excellent, very helpful. The bed was comfy too. Its located in safe and quiet environment. Its no doubt the place to be!

we booked and paid via *********** long ago. no room for my kids when checkin in. no solution provide by Brooklyn manor nor *********** at 9.00pm my family did sleep at 4 in a bed in a in spare dirty room. staff useless a total shame!

We had a lovely stay in your family room. The service was excellent and your team is very helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and no one was in each others way. The access to the pool gave us a lovely area to relax Will definitely be coming to visit again
