Yasad Residence

My family and I went to Praslin and stayed at Yasad apartments. Norah was very polite and generous. I had a lovely experience at the beach opposite with kayaks. The restaurant down the road was lovely. Will definitely recommend and come back soon.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay to Nora and all of her team. The room was very Confortable with stellar amenities. The team made sure to assist us in anything we might have needed.

Wanted to stay in a place close to the beach but not surrounded by other tourist. This place fit the bill perfectly, it across the street from a restaurant and the staff if amazing. Nora goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort while on Praslin. She knows everyone and has great suggestions for meals. The beach is secluded and a great place to watch the sunset. We rented a car while on the island and this place does provide a place to park, I would definitely stay here again.

All was perfect! Thanks Nora for her hospitality! Housekeeping was excellent including breakfast! The residence is located next to a bus stop, there are only 2 routes on the island. You can go around everything. If by rental car, secure parking is provided in the yard.

Nice and clean accommodation. The aparment ist very spacious and well equipped. The Residence is located on the coastal road 4 kilometers from the next village. There is a bus stop directly in front of the accommodation. Nevertheless, a car is highly recommended. Nora , the manager is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next to Yasad, "La Roche" is definitely worth a visit. Its a great place to watch the sunset and the food is indescribably good.

A welcoming host that will make you feel at home once you arrive with great advice of what to do, Nora have arranged a great day for our family with a reservation to the best dream beach on the island and a tasty home cooked dinner at the end of day in the apartment. Don't miss the the dinner.

Quiet and beautiful location right in front of a very nice beach. The rooms are clean and well furnished, the housekeeping is very good. Nora, the manager is perfect when it comes to handle any issue that may arise and she she will give you the best tips about visiting Praslin and the other Islands. It was our second stay and we would definitely recommend.

We loved staying in Yasad residence. The beach was perfect when we went perhaps low tide is different at different times of year but I read some reviews saying you couldn’t swim which wasn’t a problem us in October. Perfect location and side of the island for watching the sunsets. It was great having self catering since restaurant prices can be quite expensive on the island. Nora was absolutely wonderful she booked us anse Georgette (beach access via a hotel which requires booking) before we even asked her. She gave us a warm welcome brief of the island with all her recommendations, arranged a delicious barracuda dinner for us on our first night and another we wanted to bbq on the beach she arranged the bbq, coals and even bought fresh fish, chicken and sides for us to cook and only charged us the price for the groceries, she booked us a car rental to arrive at the residence which we dropped off at the ferry port, booked our pcr tests to come to the residence and even arranged some transport for us on Mahe. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without all of her help. She also allowed us late checkout free of charge since our flight was an evening departure. We did the Curieuse Island day trip highly recommend, giant tortoises, a beautiful hike, bbq fish & chicken which was out favorite meal, beach time and then snorkeling - Nora booked this for us aswell. Recommend booking car rental in advance since they don’t have many on the island. The restaurant over the road requires advanced booking.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr gering frequentiert. Ein kleiner Strand befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Frühstück ist gut, Kayaks können kostenfrei benutzt werden und im Wasser haben wir Meeresschildkröten gesehen. Unbedingt Noras Essen probieren, wenn sie es euch anbietet. Mit sehr viel Liebe gekocht. Ach: wir empfehlen die Anreise, wenn sie mit dem eigenen Leihwagen erfolgt, über die Straße in der Mitte der Insel zu nehmen (Vallée de Mai). Empfanden wir deutlich entspannter als die Küstenstraße. Angela und Sven
