We stayed for 2 nights and had a very bad experience. All communication with the owners was aggressive and uncooperative. Unfortunately on Trip.com the advert doesn’t say there is a €40 charge for cleaning and the owner asked us to leave this in cash in the apartment. When we queried this with the owner we were told that this was their terms & conditions & that we were not to enter the apartment until we agreed to pay it, even though we had paid for the 2 nights accommodation. They said they were going to send somebody immediately to collect the payment! In fact the manager came at 10am the next day for the money. Trip.com were excellent and told us to get a receipt & they would reimburse us. We asked the owner for a receipt & after many emails (they were asking for our company & tax details & then sent a receipt for something else in somebody else’s name with the wrong dates!!) we got the receipt. Trip.com were excellent & refunded us immediately but the owner was very rude and threatening. This is the reason for the bad review. The apartment is nice & clean but there is a complicated system to get the keys - nobody meets you so that is also wrong in the advertisement. Word of warning although they provide a coffee machine & coffee you have to pay €1 per cup of coffee. In my opinion €40 for a clean is excessive as it would not have taken more than 30 minutes to clean the apartment after us leaving - clean bathroom, mop floor, change bedding & towels!
