I booked via their website and was refused to enter because I'm over 40 years old. This age limit was not mentioned during the booking (including the terms and conditions I had to accept) and refund was also refused. This has a name in English: SCAMMING!

Really nice hostel to meet people and to relax. Not exactly a party hostel, but they put on events most evenings. Chilled atmosphere with great staff who make a lot of effort to make you feel welcome. Oh, and this is much cleaner than most hostels I’ve stayed in.

As always Hostel One Home is my favourite hostel and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to Sara, Joaquin, Ruby, Emily and Andrea for being so wonderful and for the most fun nights out. Would 100% recommend to any travellers, especially if your going solo as it's so sociable you're never really alone!

I would not recommend this place after working 1 month there. There are so much better hostels in Prague… Guests rooms are not always clean and showers stink a lot. The rooms are also up to the street so you hear lots of noises.

Spent a few days here for a weekend with some mate and can confirm they had a lot of patience with us! Great activities every night if that's your bag and great advise for the day time, if that's also your bag Highly recommended, Tom and Nam are top blokes and made us all feel mega welcome Get yourself there now!

I was lucky in that I stayed in a 4-person room with very friendly and quiet roommates, but it was a very comfortable experience. Around the rooms, there were various bathrooms and showers, and easily lockable and comfortable, it was very nice and easy to stay at. The showers were a tiny bit small, but offered just enough space for showering and holding the clothes to change into. The beds were comfortable enough for a cheap hostel, and the staff was welcoming and extremely friendly.
