A nice hotel in a nice location next to a park. Relatively easy walk into the centre of the city

Be aware that this hotel will NOT allow you to cancel for any reason within 3 weeks of departure. They keep your money and re-sell the room. If you purchased through a 3rd party site - which I highly recommend you do not do - the hotel refers you to use your cancellation insurance which is not easy at all - the insurance wants proof of an emergency. You are better off finding a reasonable hotel with a STANDARD 24-72 hours cancellation policy.

There was not enough warm water and very noisy in the night at times and there was no salt and oil in the kichen. That are the critical points. Beside that, it was not too bad, the flat was pretty clean and the bed was okay

Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and within easy access to restaraunts etc.15 minute walk to old town. 2 minor points, there was nobody there to greet us (our confirmation said there would be) and one of the shower heads was broken. However, neither detracted from a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely dissatisfied with checking in. I had no access to the room. An owner/manager never shared the access to the property and did not wait for me to check in. I was lucky I met two Americans from Michigan who called the owner/manager of the property and then, after 45 minutes waiting outside on the street at the lock door, I was able to check in at 6 pm. I do not recommend this place.

Overall a very nice place, clean and comfortable
Check-in procedures were not pleasant: there is no reception, no instructions or a mere sticker leaving some directions.

Det var en dejlig lejlighed , der manglede gryder og panden passede ikke til komfuret. Sengen var komfortable. Skønt med 2 toiletter . Incl opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine . Savnede dog en altan og en fysisk respetion . Der virkede lidt støvet hist og pist . Men til prisen var vi meget tilfreds

Nice location of apartment right next to Letna park and very good public transport from Letenske Namesti next by. The apartment had good standard with nice bed and bathroom and necessary amenities in kitchen. The heating did not work, but when I contacted the owner, I got quick help and good service and problem was fixed. A pleasant stay, would recommend for both shorter and longer stays in Prague.
