Very nice hotel, love it.

J’ai adoré séjourner dans l’hôtel En arrivant nous sommes entrés par le premier hôtel d’où part un téléphérique qui emmène à notre hôtel De ce câble car on a une vue imprenable sur la ville Idem pour la chambre qui était impeccable avec grande baignoire et vue sur toute la ville de Prague Hôtel bien climatisé Avec très bonne literie et oreillers Au calme Dans la verdure Personnel au petit soin Grande piscine : attention les échelles pour y descendre sont un peu dangereuse c’est dommage Jaccuzzi très fonctionnel Sauna Le Plus : les horaires d’ouvertures du wellness Le matin : Grand buffet continental avec également quelques spécialités culinaires de la région Possibilité également de demander des œufs brouillés, au plat , pancakes … Le soir :dîner italien un peu cher mais qui vaut le coup Sur l’emplacement nous ne sommes qu’à 5 min à pied des arrêts de bus et tram pour la vieille ville et les visites Pour terminer je recommande a 100% et nous reviendrons !!

Absolutely fantastic staff. And the breakfast is indescribably enjoyable. If you haven't been there, put it on your "to do list" and order Halynas omelett with "everything". She is a master. With no artificial eggs. Only the best products.

Thank you for the hospitality and accommodating our family for the weekend. The front house team have been great and helped us to arrange a lot for this memorable weekend for our whole family. They are always helpful and smiley and nothing is too much trouble for them. Petr was in particular extremely helpful before and throughout our stay. Rooms are great with great view and have everything needed. I will surely come back and recommend to everyone to visit.

The hotel was great; everywhere was lovely and clean. The breakfast is amazing and lots to choose from. We enjoyed using the funicular to go between the two joint hotels, this was an interesting touch! All of the staff were polite and welcoming, it was also great that most were able to speak fluently in multiple languages. The pool/spa was great to use, very clean and relaxing, nice after a day of exploring the city. The only thing I could complain about was accessing the sky lounge; we stayed for 3 nights, the first night we went to bed early so didn’t go up to the sky lounge however the following two nights we tried to go but were presented with a sign saying it was unavailable due to private hire. This was obviously disappointing as we’d have loved to have seen Pragues city line from here- as advertised throughout the hotel and website. Apart from this small issue, everything else was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this hotel :) Thank you to all of the staff at NH Collection.

From start to finish our stay was just fantastic. We had emailed to say it was our wedding anniversay and we got a lovely suprise in the room with chocolates and a lovely letter written to us and a room with a view of Prague. Olga checked us in on arrival and was so helpful and friendly, lovely first impression of the Hotel. Breakfast was fabulous and loads of variety. Rooftop bar was a delight to relax in the evenings and swimming pool and jaccuzzi to relax in. Peter went out of his way to explain all the Trams to get to go into Prague center. We would highly recommend this Hotel. Fabulous from start to finish. Thanks Olga and Peter, Hotel very luck to have both of you.

Being used to travel and sleep at multiple hotels, I would like to write a small review about a receptionist “Mr Polacèk”, I don’t have his first name. He was very helpful and caring about our needs and questions. We arrived in the evening and we were all impressed by his positivity and love for his function. Nowadays it’s rare to find someone who is that kind at his work and that’s why it was important for me to write that down. I hope the management will read that, because a worker like him is exceptional.

What is not to like here great helpful staff in all area’s, location suited us away from the crowds but 5 mins or less to metro or tram stops and a large shopping mall. The pool is small but we enjoyed a 10 minute swim after doing the sites around Prague centre, lovely breakfast and dinner with outside seating, Sky lounge on 4th floor nice relaxing location with great views of the city. Excellent hotel with everything you need outside of the main tourist area. The staff here ate very welcoming and helpful. On check-in, the reception noticed it had been my sons birthday a few days ago and wished him happy birthday. The hotel is accessed via a funicular car that comes up the hill from the hotel below, which is a fun alternative to a lift. The lower hotel has a lovely bar and bar snacks available. The gym is located here too. Rooms were perfectly fine with all the expected amenities, hairdryer and toiletries, etc. We requested slippers and robes that arrived quickly. The extra bed was a little small for my giant 17 year old, but was perfectly comfortable, and we had lots of space. We were ground floor with a small garden terrace and views across prague. The sky lounge is recommended for even better views, and if you are out about the metronome, it is a fab spot for extensive views across the whole city, too. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from the old town and tourist centre but there is plenty along the way, shopping centres, street musicians, restaurants and little shops. For us, it was an ideal location. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were lovely after a day out. There is a great little pizza /gyros shop down the road for excellent value snacks or takeout or an Indian restaurant 1 minute across the road. There is a park below the hotel if you fancy a walk in nature. The breakfast room is lovely and was great too and plenty of choice, with full English or pastries, cereals, etc, and gluten-free options. It was really peaceful here and a lovely place to stay for our 4 nights in Prague.
