Breakfast was a great selection of fruit/pastries/toast/muesli which was served in the hallway to take back to your room to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The greatest asset of this hotel besides the excellent location beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and nice view from the windows are the people who work at the hotel. They really go all the way to make you feel welcome and help with every problem you may have.

This hotel was gorgeous! Its location couldn’t have been better as it’s on the Charles Bridge. Our room was full of character and quirky charm split over two levels, with a mezzanine floor. The attention to detail on the room was perfect, a welcome basket with wine, beer, chocolates and nuts. Coffee machine/ tea making facilities and a range of toiletries in the bathroom (toothbrush/paste/ razor/shower gel/ shampoo) The bed was so comfortable and we loved that breakfast was served on a sideboard in the main hotel corridor so you could put on the fluffy robes (provided) and bring back your chosen breakfast to eat privately. The staff at reception couldn’t have been more kind, helpful and informative showing us the ‘must do’s’ of Prague. There were no negatives…but just be careful on the polished wooden stairs leading up to the bedroom… and maybe take ear plugs if you don’t enjoy the gentle chime of the church clock every hour on the hour! For us it just added to the charm! We will definitely return to beautiful Prague and this lovely hotel x

Beautiful small hotel with bags of character and charm. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the nice touches like the fizz on arrival and the complimentary basket of snacks in the room were appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and there are some great local Czech restaurants in the square. The only down side was the noise so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper- the noisy preparation of the breakfast buffet at 5.30am in the corridor next to our room everyday, and the trams. Take care on the steep polished steps up to the mezzanine bed also!

Amazing location right behind the Nicholas Church, a few minutes walk from all major attractions. We stayed in junior suite , a spacious two- story loft with ancient beams and lovely furniture, with all the amenities listed in the description. It felt like home away from home. Excellent breakfast served right outside your room so you can enjoy it in your pajamas! We arrived by car and left it at Rudolfinum parking 10 min away. We'll definitely come back

The room we stayed in was a fully furnished apartment. Breakfast was served outside our door each morning. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.

The stay in this hotel has absolutely been the highlight of our short trip to Prague. Apart from its location, insanely close to Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, I want to appreciate the service quality of this hotel. From reception to breakfast, I experienced a customer-oriented service, which cannot be found in many hotels. Breakfast was also very versatile.
