I had a lovely few days staying in this hotel which is perfectly located in the town centre. The room was great, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room and storage. Bathroom and shower were great too and the housekeeping was fantastic. There is also a gym, sauna and solarium on the first floor but sadly I didn’t have time to use these. Breakfast included was a standard continental arrangement with lots to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful, recommending a lunch restaurant when I asked. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The most upsetting thing is that at the checkout, I received a call at 11:15 from the receptionist (9-Jan) asking to free the room. I was already prepared with my luggage, but it was really impolite. I didn't check the time of check-out, so I thought it was at 11:00 and I was sure to have just 15 minutes of delay, instead the checkout time was at 10:30am, so I accumulated a delay of 45min. Anyway, this is the first time in 25 years of travel that I receive a phone call from the receptionist saying literally "You need to free the room". I believe another approach would be "Sir, do you need additional time?" ... and I want also to add that it was Sunday morning, and I didn't have the feeling that the hotel was super crowded ... really an unprofessional way of working. As said, this is the first time that happened to me in 25 years of travelling.

Ottimo x la posizione in centro alle spalle il litorale hotel curato un po' minimal la colazione e i prodotti del bagno. Il giovedì mattina montano il mercato proprio davanti all'hotel questo rende difficile il parcheggio la sera prima e la mattina presto viene svegliato dai piazzisti in quanto non c'è un'ultima insonorizzazione delle camere ma per il resto è un buon hotel

Location ideale, in centro città e a quattro passi dal mare, personale gentile e cordiale, colazione variegata e abbondante, ottima anche l'opzione di poter parcheggiare l'auto in un parcheggio custodito e coperto a circa 80m dall'albergo. Camera pulita e ordinata, meriterebbe forse solo una rinfrescata alle pareti. Unico piccolo neo, perdita e condensa dall'impianto dell'aria condizionata. Ne complesso comunque il voto è decisamente positivo

Hotel tutto sommato carino, ma non proporzionato alla spesa. Colazione con poca scelta, abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi il cameriere per il caffè e le brioche erano veramente secche, sembravano del giorno prima. Inoltre confusione alla domenica mattina prima delle 8, non sappiamo se da parte di altri ospiti o del personale. Un po’ vecchiotto come interni, devo dire però che ho dormito divinamente (letto e cuscini comodi)

L’hotel si trova in pieno centro a Porto Recanati; è decisamente l’hotel più centrale che ci sia. Da poco ristrutturato, all’interno è tutto praticamente nuovo. Camera confortevole con parquet, letto comodo e bagno grande con bella doccia ampia e box nuovo. La pulizia delle camere è molto curata. Personale molto cordiale a cominciare da Silvia alla reception. Un grazie particolare ad Alessia (la ragazza delle prime colazioni) sempre sorridente, gentile e molto disponibile.

Hotel pessimo ci hanno dato una stanza squallida con affaccio sullo stendino con la biancheria appesa. Personale incapace a risolvere i problemi e camera anche molto cara. Ho chiesto il rimborso perché sono scappato in un altro Hotel e non mi hanno accordato neanche la seconda notte. Da evitare.

Albergo in centro a Porto Recanati, arredato in modo semplice (e dal gusto un po' antico) ma di una pulizia eccezionale. Per quanto riguarda la colazione non ci siamo proprio. Viene servita nel ristorante attiguo, più di una volta siamo stati accolti dall'odore del pesce servito la sera prima. Preciso che il personale che serve la colazione nulla ha a che vedere con il personale dell'albergo (gentile, professionale e attento al cliente). La colazione viene servita da personale improvvisato e senza verificare le necessità dei clienti in sala. 25 min per un cappuccino e la qualità del cibo servito molto scarsa e dozzinale. Meglio senza!

Hotel in centro. Il sito internet è fatto molto bene, nulla a che vedere con la realtà. Camere normali, con bagno piccolissimo. La mezza pensione viene fatta in convenzione con il ristorante accanto, da evitare, non per la qualità del cibo, ma per la scelta. Ogni sera ci proponevano 4 piatti, 2 di carne e 2 pesce, senza un menù scritto. Se ti andava bene, bene, sennò pazienza. Servizio lento e frettoloso (la cosa importante sono i clienti esterni dall'hotel). La colazione a buffet, due dolci e delle brioches commerciali. Penso si trovi di meglio a quei prezzi.
